STRATEGIC & IMPROVEMENT MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science
• Min. 10-15 years of experience in SCM Business Process, preferably from a Mining Company
• Having knowledge and familiar of ERP Applications (SAP, JDE, Oracle, Ellipse)
• Good in data/business/system analyst, heavy equipment contractors, major dealer, manufacturing, logistics company or consulting company
• Understand the integration process (material management, procurement, finance, plant maintenance)
• Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 5 weeks on-site and 2 weeks
off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH)
Responsibilities:
• Manage and improve end-to-end SCM business process, vendor & contract management, business process & system improvement, SOP & application development, management reports, SCM KPI, data analysis, cost control for SCM fund center
• Support internal and external audit
• Liaise with other functions to organize SCM program/events
•Closely communicates with all Strategic & Improvements team, SCM team, SCM Management, department users as customers

MANAGER ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT (OD)
Requirements:
• Min Bachelor degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources or other relevant background
• Minimum 10 years of experiences handling OD and HC Corporate Strategy Demonstrate good knowledge of Change Management, File Management, Financial Management, Audit & Safety
Awareness
• Experiences with Job Analysis, Competency Model, Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement & HC Policy & Management System
•Holds Human Capital Certification
Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 5 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH)

• Managing implementation of the organizational development strategy including policy management and Human Capital management system (HC Policy & Management System) organizational structure design
•Perform job analysis (job analysis) to identify job descriptions
• Identify the competency requirements needed for each position and identify and manage initiatives to increase employee engagement with the company (employee engagement) in order to strengthen organizational readiness to face future business challenges
