We are pleased to inform that we are hiring for:
Mechanic
To support the availability & workability of company plants by performing daily maintenance operation (maintenance works, tools preparation) based on work orders and maintenance program (schedule or un-schedule) or as directed by superior
Performing any outstanding work order, either periodic service or on-field maintenance (incl. assembly, dis-assembly, parts change, etc).
Prepare the necessary parts to perform outstanding Work Order.
Proposing the action to complete the job and ask approval from Maintenance Foreman / Supervisor.
Ensuring the quality of job to avoid repetitive Work Order.
Recording and reporting any use of parts, oils and workshop consumable.
Carry out machine inspection, greasing properly and repairing as standard repair procedure.
Carry out unit servicing and completed service with administration paper work.
Maintain and take care all tools, workshop facilities, operational light vehicle in good condition.
Report any unsafe condition and communicate to superior.
Hold the safety procedures in performing work from time to time in order to prevent the incident/near miss incident, including : perform jobs whilst consider the housekeeping of surrounding area and support all safety program.
Maintain full compliance to Waste Segregation Policy.
Control and eliminate the unnecessary use of resources; water and power in order to reduces energy consumption within area of responsibility.
Follow and understand all Health, Safety and Environmental system and procedures. Conduct activities according to CoC principles
Provide support and assistance for Integrated Management System (IMS) implementation and maintain third party accreditation (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001)
Identify any environmental issue within area of responsibility to contribute in looking after the environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum SMA / SMK Heavy Equipment Engineering/Mechanical Engineering, with experience 3-6 years in HE Mechanic /Truck/Bus Mechanic /HE Auto Electrician (preferably Male)
Willing to work extend hours to meet the target
Must be available for on-call duty in emergency situations
Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control mechanism
Basic Mechanic Course
Advance Mechanic Course
Willing to work in Balikpapan, shift schedule
