MANAGER OCM
(OUTSOURCING CONTRACT MANAGEMENT)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Law
- Minimum 10 years of experience as HR Generalist and 2 years of experience in HR Manager
- Have a good knowledge in all HR aspects and its best practices
- Agile thought leadership, communication, and negotiation
- Certified in BNSP as HR Manager
- Fluent communication in English (both written & spoken)
- Tech savy (especially Ms.Office)
- Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 5 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to POH)
Responsibilities:
- Perform outsourcing workforce planning and design an effective recruitment and selection system
- Designing a system and evaluating the performance appraisal and remuneration system for service contract/outsourcing employees
- Formulate strategies, design programs, conduct analysis & evaluation, organize the implementation of training & development for Service
- Contract/Outsourcing Employees
- Evaluate the workload and ensure that the job descriptions of outsourced employees in each section are in accordance with their respective duties and functions based on the company's strategy
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate the budget for the management of Service Contract/Outsourcing employees
- Negotiating contracts with outsourcing companies/worker/labour service providers
