Coordinator OHS
In this role, you will:
- Lead, maintain and drive in implementation of TCI Quality, Health & Safety corporate Policy and Procedure, Safety Management Plan into workplace
- Provide advice and assistance to the Project Management, Management Team and employees in implementing of Quality, Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
- Lead and drive to achieve the agreed QHS objectives, QHS annual plan and KPI target.
- Proactive to demonstrate in promoting, campaign Safety Culture, advising and feedback on improving Safety behavior
- Ensure statutory requirements regarding mining safety are met in accordance with KEPMEN ESDM No. 1827 of 2018 and KEPDIRJEN Minerba No. 185 of 2019 fulfilled in the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) section
About you
- Graduate in university, diploma or S1 degree, preferable in OHS or engineering degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in OHSQ Roles
- Good knowledge in related to HSEQ theory and practical, familiar with and have good understanding on OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001-2018 Implementation SMKP, Auditor SMKP and ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2007
- Proficient in computer literacy, English Language, Government regulation relates Health & Safety and their implementation

Supervisor PM Mechanic
In this role, you will:
- Ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved, by following the procedures set out in the TGS
- Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of equipment repairs
- Ensure the accurate completion of daily breakdown reports, supervisors shift report, PCR’s for review by senior supervisors before end of shift every day. Ensure accurate breakdown hour information is provided
- Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failures.
- Review operators checklist DOODs summary and mechanical inspection sheets, ensure submission to Senior supervisor with repair and parts recommendation. Ensure mechanic raise recommended parts lists accurately to address all known work, breakdowns, and planned maintenance
- Prepare parts equipment and manpower for planned work and shut days, Ensure all repairs are carried out in a cost effective and timely manner.
- Investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all equipment in the field and associated area, this includes operator abuse.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employee by ensure all activities are carry out according to the work procedures in the TMC and the MSJ project management plan
- Ensure that there is no impact on the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring that the procedures in the TMS and MSJ Management plan are followed.
- Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.
- Ensure all disciplinary actions are issued as required in accordance with the MSJ mine regulations and maintenance department rules.
About you
- Applicants should have minimum Senior High School, Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Trade Specialist is preferred; Requires a minimum 5 years' professional experience in similar role as Supervisor Mechanic with relevant qualification in Mechanical HE Repair and Maintenance Supervision in the mining industry, planning of daily shut down schedule and breakdown repair;
- 3 years’ experience in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry. Planning of mechanical repair.
- Good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in staff supervision; have ability in resource planning and OHS&E supervision; logical thinking; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English; be able to operate computer; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; Posses POP and (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification at Mine and Energy Department; be able to work on shift roster (day and night shift).
Senior Engineer Civil
In this role, you will:
- Provide Construction activities required to ensure the functions efficiently and effectively to meet the objective of the current business plan in line with corporate policy and procedures
- Produce monthly project’s plan
- Create construction civil works plan in daily, weekly, monthly and annually
- Produce daily and weekly plan of project’s work
- Monitor the progress of project work by producing the timeline monitoring
- Monitor utilization and efficiency of manpower & equipment which be used for project’s work
- No re-work activities
- Produce and monitor the budget of project activities in daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Manage relationship with subcontractors to ensure a high level of performance in terms of time, cost and quality
- Co-ordinate establishment, monitoring and update of all project plans, budgets program and resource requirements to ensure delivery of project on time and to budget
- Maximise profitability to satisfy or exceed financial goals of the project
About you
- Graduate Civil/ Structure Engineer or 5 years experience in construction projects
- 3 – 5 yrs experience in similar role in construction/mining activity, especially in Coal Hauling Road Maintenance.
- Communication-written & verbal skills in English and Indonesia
- Time Management Teamwork and Leadership.
