Job Description:
• Execute / monitoring building maintenance (Civil and Elearic)andvarious facilities or assets by the company:
• Coordinating Office and Receptionist;
• Execute routine daily and conduct pericxiic evaluations of the grrforrnanceof Office Boy and Receptionists;
• Representing the company in various needs Of the Balikpapan Facility.
• preparing Md analyze daily, weekly and monthly consumable Orders;
• Rece•ve input to the work of the in
• Creating a database. regular report. and monitoring logs Balikpapan Facility:
• Making forecasts for spending funds. requests for funds and carrÄ out fund realization.
Job Requirements:
• Minimal Bachelor Degree from any discipline;
• Max age 30 years Old;
• Having driving license A and C
• proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel.
• Communication and Analytical Skill:
• Problem sotving and decision making skills:
