"Assistant QC/(Agronomy Control & Improvement Assistant)"
Responsibilities :
1. Prepare daily reports on the quality of the production and maintenance work of oil palm crops.
2. Observe the implementation of the improvement initiative trial and prepare a report on the results.
3. Collaborate with operational teams in carrying out improvement initiatives in the implementation of work procedures related to the productivity of oil palm crops
Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree's major in Agriculture
2. Minimal 2 years’ experience
3. Having knowledge in oil palm industries business proces, operational improvement projects, lean six sigma metods is preferred
4. High responsible and integrity to complete job responsibility correctly, accountable, and conscientious
5. Able to carry out physical activities in plantations and palm oil mills
