Responsibilities
- Document Control & Reporting Offcer is responsible for the provision of document control services/functions as a key element of the quality control process the management Of Mining and manufacture, Document Controller support to all project management, engineering, site management, quality control processes and other project activities.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor of Communication Degree(S1)or similar role
- Previous Experience of work with minimum 3 years in communication
- Able to operate CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) program
- Familiar with the concept of setting-up data base on basi web or set up Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, eFileCabinet, programming Phyton, SPSS (Statistical program for Social Science), Mat ab, Eviews, SLQ Minita and PowerBi is considered as plus point
- Excellent computer skill, perform passive English minimum
- Able to work in detail, good time management, target oriented, good reporting system
- Able to show and maintain good attitude, honest, proactive and respecting others
