Human Capital Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Law, preferably has an active Advocate License.
- Having 3 year working experience as IR/Legal/Generalist HR.
- Advance communication and coordination for relationships with internal such as employee, trade union, and management; external parties such as manpower office, lawyer, government, police, NCO, traditional tribes, etc.
- Review, revise, and give advice on updates if necessary on company regulation, company policies, and labor-related policies and procedures.
- Cood leadership, energetic, creative, and team player.
- Work location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all administration from branches are fully reported to Head Office.
- Coordinating and developing HC Representative capacity and handling assignments for HC Representative who are not available.
- Monitoring HC program according to deadline.
- Collaborate with Head of Regional I, HOB, and HC function at Head Office.
- Capable handling challenges and give solutions to Industrial Relation.
- Full vaccination against Covid-19 is required
