Customer Liaison Officer
Responsible plan and manage terminal activities, Shipment & Trucking schedule, Consolidation & Coordination, and logistic activities while intense coordination takes place with client's and IFT colleagues, managing client's expectation and maximize profit trough optimization and quality customer services.
SCOPE OF DESCRIPTION:
Serve as customer service to coordinate and communicate with customers regarding loading plans and schedules for product delivery to trucks and vessel
To update and share received customer delivery plans to internal parties
To update and share to client's and customer regarding IFT internal planning
Truck Vetting, Vessel vetting/ Berth Fit Check, and Driver Induction Planning and execution
Planning and lead Vessel Pre Arrival Meeting
To update and share regarding Audit, Finding , and Improvement to client's and customer
Serve as customer service to coordinate and communicate with customers regarding visiting to IFT
Prepare summary data of Truck & vessel vetting and Driver induction
To perform Hauler meeting 2 times a year
REQUIREMENT:
Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Technical/Engineering
Bachelor Degree, with minimum 3-6 (ten) years’ experience in related field
Work Location Balikpapan, preferably local hire
