Operation Monitoring Officer
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess minimum Diploma's Degree in Management, Office Administration, Mining Engineering or any related major.
- Fresh graduates with strong administration skills are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with Coal Mining industry will be an advantage.
- Required Skills: Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills, and fast learner.
- Neat, focused, detail-oriented and proactive.
- Work location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working Process Improvement.
- Operational Performance Monitoring.
- Creating any job report with internal systems.
- Operational Tools Monitoring and Financial Monitoring.
General Affairs Officer
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in General Affairs field.
- Preferably experienced in Logistic/Purchasing/Asset Management
- Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspaces, Administration.
- Cood interpersonal, communication skills and fast-learner
- Detail-oriented, resilient, neat and perform teamwork spirit.
- Work location Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare all the documentation relating to the management company's licensing activities to support the operation of the company.
- Making stock reports and inventory of goods to be reported to the Branch Coordinator and Head Office
- Ensure proper periodic reporting on General Affairs activities
- Planning. implementing and evaluating the procurement of branch assets and/or facilities
- Supporting all operational activities (Purchasing & Logistic, Building
- Management, Accommodation, Reporting)
