Didirikan pada tahun 1982 sebagai perusahaan yang berspesialisasi dalam pengembangan sumber daya, KIDECO mengoperasikan Tambang Pasir yang merupakan tambang tunggal terbesar ketiga di Indonesia.
Setelah hampir 10 tahun persiapan termasuk penyelidikan tambang dan uji validitas dari awal 1980-an hingga awal 1990-an, KIDECO membuka Tambang Pasir.

LEGAL OPERATION TEAM MANAGER
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Law from reputableuniversity
- At least have 15 years of work experience as a practicing lawyer or as in-house counsel and managing team of lawyers/in-house counsels
- Mining and forestry experience will be an advantage
- Hold an Indonesian Advocate License
- Experienced in various aspects of site legal operations (operational permit, compliance, litigation, land compensation related matters and managing Legal Dept. budget)
- Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 5 weeks on-site and2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH)
Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for managing and overseeing the Company's site legal functions for its mining operations
- Will be managingapproximately -30 legal team
- Oversee strategic planning, organizing permits, communications, various reports and supporting Chief Legal & Security Officer and Deputy, including interface with other managers at the Company Management and budgeting of the legal department
- Training for employees
