Procurement Manager Kalimantan
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the work process of procurement
- Supervise the sourcing of project material and site management vendor
- Negotiate with vendor to secure the best rates on behalf of our customers.
- Maintain contracts with selected vendors according to the terms & conditions agreed
- Build strong relationships with partners (suppliers, vendors, contractor and consultant services) to get the best prices and the best service
- Establish and manage service contracts with all major vendor.
- Supervise, maintaining and updating the database of qualified partnersvendors and evaluating new vendor's application.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
- Minimum 3 years in the same position
- Mastering a network of suppliers and vendors supporting logistics business activities in the KALIMANTAN area, especially trucking, shipping, airfreight and warehousing modes of transportation.
- Experienced in managing ERP systems. particularly procurement/purchasing procurement systems and performance management systems
- Mastering project planning. operating plan shipment, and logistics design
- Able to compile and manage project risk management
- Willing to work at Balikpapan
