Position Title: Engineer - Environmental
Qualification:
- S1 degree majoring in Natural sciences
- Minimum 3 years' experience in environmental management.
- Famillar using Airmod.
- Data management and analysis skills.
- Coordination skills with other relevant partles.
- Understanding of government regulations onenviranmental managements
- Assertiveness and interpersonal skills
Key elements of the position include:
- Design and plan the placement of air quality and weather monitoring stations.
- Develop QNQC Procedures for monitoring air quality in accordance with the environmental monitoring equipment owned.
- Prepare a schedule for monitoring air quality such as using blastmate for blasting vibrations automatic rain gauge, automatic weather station dustrak high volume sampler, dust fall etc. at all predetermined monitoring points
- Prepare schedules for environmental sample analysis for external laboratoy.
- Analyze and evaluate each environmental monitoring result by verifying the actual condition of the field.
- Preparing environmental air quality monitoring reports periodically to management
- Make sure the permit and legitimization from authorized government agencies concerning KPC environment-related activities (meet to PP 22/2021, PermenLHK No.11/2021, KepmenLH 49/1996, etc.).
- Identify appropriate training programs for staff (either in KPC or off-site).
Position Title : Specialist - Safety Training
Qualification:
- Minimum requirement for educatlon levels is degree in Health & Safety Management with work experience in safety practices on coal mine industry 3 years.
- Facilitation skills, presentation skill, and time management. Competent training skills/Train the Trainer training and on the job coaching/experience (TOT certificate).
- Competent training skills gained through formal Train the Trainer training and on the job coaching/experience.
- Initiative and the ability to conduct a systematic assessment on the effectiveness of communication medium.
- Excellent computer skilis in MS Power Point, Excel, Word.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Minimum level 6 English and higher for some areas according to the discipline.
- Knowledgeable in Prima Nirbhaya HSE management System.
Key elements of the position include:
- Deliver safety training programs to build and enhance HSE competencies of KPC employee the contractors.
- Develop safety training programme materials such as training aids, slides, hand-outs, etc. in order to optimise the efectiveness and consistency of the safety competency development programme.
- Demonstrate and encourage the acceptance and Implementation of KPC's HSE Policies and HSE management system elements in daily training activities.
