Citizenship: Indonesian ONLY
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Good in English, Chinese will be highly preferred
- At least 15 years of experience in subsea related projects, i.e. R&D, conceptual design, pre-commissioning & commissioning, start-up and manufacturing and testing.
- Has the experience and ability to carry out all elements of mechanical design within subsea system and equipment’s which include concept design, material selection, manufacturing / fabrication, and installation methods. Has the ability to issue or review job safety analysis and Job method statement.
- Experience with Oil & Gas industry commonly used codes and standards (ISO, API, ASME, NACE, ASTM, DnV, NORSOK, EUROCODE) for subsea engineering, installation, and operation.
- Extensive working knowledge of Subsea Production Systems, Subsea components & equipment, testing, installation, and operations. Has the good understanding of the current and future subsea landscape in the energy industry transition, specifically Oil & Gas sector.
Job Purpose:
- To carry out subsea mechanical and facilities technology development from conceptual design up to field deployment by following fit-for-purpose processes and standards to contribute cost reduction of overall subsea field development using Subsea Factory
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop technology solutions for subsea processing and long subsea tie-back field development projects from feasibility, conceptual studies, detail design and installation support, commissioning and start-up.
- Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and start-up detail design of SPM & PLEM related elements (Subsea Tree, Manifold, Connection System, PLET/PLEM, Subsea Storage, Subsea Injection, Subsea Booster, Subsea Separator, Subsea Power, All-Electric & instrument etc.) as per required codes and standards to introduce solutions to new and mature fields, both shallow and deep-water application.
