Parts Customer Support Supervisor

To carry out all aspects of parts order processing and transactions support to customer. We are looking for you as:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily coordination of order fulfillment, quoting, lead times and issues related to customer parts requirement.
- Ensure accuracy of documentation including, purchase order, delivery note, and invoicing for financial system
- Perform detailed research prior informing customer on back order parts and lead time supply.
- Responsible to resolve issues related to customer support.
- Review fill rate report to find effective strategy to achieve customer
Competencies
- Strong organizational skills.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret parts catalogue/ parts book.
- At least 5 years of working experience in customer support.
- Full professional or bilingual proficiency in English
