PT Petrosea Tbk. is looking for potential candidates to join our ASSET Maintenance Team (AMG) at
site. Focus to support Heavy Equipment Maintenance, currently our site at East Kalimantan looking for
professional to fill position as :
1. Tyre Supervisor
Manage, Supervise and control tyre maintenance activities are conducted safely, in a technically correct and efficient manner conform with quality of work and standard.
- Manage, supervise & control tyre and rim maintenance repair activities are technically correct and performed in a safe, effective and cost efficient
- Review & monitor tyre maintenance practices & quality on site, propose improvement initiatives to optimise tyre performance.
- To ensure all works carry out and team members are maintaining and implementing Petrosea HSE programs including Environmental Management System.
2. Equipment Health Analyst
To optimize major component lives by conducting Condition Monitoring initiatives; Provide recommendations & reports based on fluid / magnetic plugs / filter cut analysis.
- Assist Site CM team & Maintenance Supervisions with fluid analysis, magnetic plugs / filter cut, UC-GET analysis and recommendations to optimize major component lives.
- Assist Site CM & Maintenance Planning team in backlog notifications based on condition monitoring analysis findings (SOS, Machine Electronic Data, UC and GET analysis, etc.
3. Heavy Equipment Data Analyst
Assist Equipment Health Analyst in optimizing major components lives by fulfilling compliance of data analyst (machine,fluid, contamination)
- Technical Condition Monitoring data collection and management (SOS, Machine Electronic data, UC, etc).
- Machine backlog provision and support to maintenance and planning team.
