Teacher Training Specialist
Location: Kutai Barat
Key Responsibilities :
- Become familiarized with TF teachers and school management and leadership training materials
- Mentor district facilitators and provide technical input for their improvement
- Manage and support the activities at district level cluster/district level teacher, school principals and supervisor training, including maintain standardized training either training materials or training delivery
- Give feedback on the impact of school training and advice for future activities and improvements
- Work with other project team members to optimize and strengthen the teaching and learning activities in the province (e.g. communication team, monitoring and evaluation team)
- Report the output and outcomes of the training program
- Any other relevant assignment from Management
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in education or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in education program focusing in teacher training, school management and_ leadership development and mentoring
- Experienced in facilitating training and training module development
- Familiar with students performance assessment and monitoring
- Willingness to travel to semi-remote areas of Indonesia up to 50% of his/her time
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
