Counterman
City: Tabang, ID
Status: Permanent
Responsible:
- Create quotation for counter and service, process customer order and return with correct PO, customer id, sales type, and capture all required information ie: machine model, serial no., etc, ensure correct charging in price and handling (e.g. air freight charge, emergency charge, etc.)
- Monitor all pending document and perform appropriate action on the document status i.e: credit exceed/limit, suspend invoice etc.
- Guide customer to find the right part through Part Book/SIS, make sure that customer gets the solution for the correct parts. Choosing the competitive parts and well explanation to customer is a must
Requirements:
- Minimum High School in Engineering & Machine Engineering
- Fresh graduate, but preferable 3-months Experience in warehouse
- Basic English and MS. Office
Warehouseman
City: Tabang, ID
Status: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Check package condition & items quantity, ensure stock orders received properly by ensuring the quantity and quality of parts, check any discrepancy/damage of stock order/transfer, receiving customer & service dept return as per PDP, put parts to the right Bin (Binning) and fill bin change form for no loc part
- Collect parts from stock locations to fill orders, prepare filled parts orders for shipment (including inter-branch transfers), supplying transit parts to end destination
- Count parts in bin locations to verify inventory records by conducting daily stock check, bin count listing and inventory stock check yearly), apply necessary protection to stock (such as put small parts in plastics and wrapping for bigger parts/components), ensure security of items stocked in warehouse
Requirements:
- Minimum High School (STM) in Engineering & Machine Engineering
- Fresh graduate, but preferable 3-months Experience in warehouse

Technician
City: Tabang, ID

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and conduct repair and maintenance (i.e. all adjustment and calibration, testing, etc) of various problem on engine/power train/hydraulics system/fuel system/auto electrical.
- Analyze and conduct troubleshooting on any operations faults or damage occurred to engine/power train/ hydraulics system/ fuel system/ auto electrical according to service manual.
- Develop Mechanic skill, identify and recommend skill development according to competency needed.
- Implement SHE activities in the working place (including the contamination control implementation).
- Inspect and prepare report in standard service form.
Requirements:
- Minimum Technical High School (STM)
- Has knowledge related basis mechanic process and system equipment
- Basic English
