ACCOUNT PAYABLE (AP STAFF)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
* Ensure transactions are recorded timely and accurate recording as per applied standards
* Record all account payable transaction according to the terms agreed .
* Ensure correct amount, payee, and on time payment and ato avoid penalties
* Apply due care when reviewing request for payments
* Ensure payment request has been approved as per authorization list
* Perform necessary journal entries and adjustments if needed for month end closing
* Generate relevant AP reports periodically
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
* S1 Accounting/Finance or related, Max 30 years old
* Have experience as Account Payable Min 1-2 years
* Detail oriented and well organized
* High accuracy and expertise in MS. Excel
* Good teamwork and communication
* Domicile in Balikpapan is preferred
