About The Role
Menyediakan layanan loading yang bisa diandalkan bagi customer dengan membantu mengelola sumber-sumber di bench tambang dan/atau di plant EP Orica dengan cara yang aman dan efisien.
Provide the customer with a reliable loading service by helping manage the resources on the mine bench and/or at the Orica EP Plant in a safe and efficient manner.

II. Technical Specialist Engineer
Indonesia - Kalimantan Timur
About the role
The Technical Specialist Engineer (TSE) is a company representative at various client sites within the Indonesia and South East Asia region providing training and technical expertise, maintenance and repairs, and support of GroundProbe’s products and business development both locally and globally in surface and underground environments.
What you will be doing
• Work safely, and with regard to the safety of others, including:
o Compliance with all WHS policies and procedures
o Actively work to improve safety in the workplace
• Install and integrate GroundProbe’s products as required for customers
• Commission and decommission GroundProbe’s products
• Organise and Perform external Demonstrations on GroundProbe’s products
• Follow up on Demonstrations to ensure successful outcome for customers and GroundProbe
• Train users on Deployment, Operation and Maintenance of GroundProbe’s products
• Monitor and present GroundProbe’s products data
• Provide on-site training and technical support to customers
• Maintain GroundProbe’s products minimising downtime and meeting customer needs
• Perform technical support work on GroundProbe technologies at remote sites and from GroundProbe’s office
• Assist with marketing and development of a positive image of GroundProbe, its technologies and its employees
What you will bring
Knowledge
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation
• Ability to adapt to a changing and dynamic working environment
• Computer literacy especially in MS Office is essential
• Mining environment / remote location experience is desirable
Technical Skills
• Experience in the area of electronics, radar, telecommunications or a related field
• Basic to intermediate level of mining and geotechnical knowledge
• Ability to train individuals and small groups
• Business development knowledge is desirable
Mandatory Requirements
• Degree in Engineering; Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Geotechnical discipline(s)
• Unencumbered Manual Drivers Licence
• Hold Current Indonesia Passport with the ability to obtain Visa’s for international travel
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol screening as required
• Ability to obtain national police clearance certificate for work at mine sites
• Ability to pass ongoing Pre-employment medical assessments for site access
• Extensive relevant technical work experience in a customer service-based organisation or similar.
• 3+ years’ experience in working in mining industry.
