Paramedic

About the role
The Paramedic (contract basis) will implement of the full health and safety program for all TCI Project activities. Reporting to the Rotating Doctor and based on Balikpapan Support Facility on a 5/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.
Some of your duties will include;
- Implement of the full health and safety program for all TCI Project activities in compliance with TCI and client standards and procedures
- Act as an expert paramedic, health trainer, advisor, inspector and investigator as required
- Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times
- To provide prompt and efficient first aid and emergency service to the site
- Monitor and follow up injury management
- Rehabilitation and Employee assistance
- Hygiene inspection and food sanitation at catering provider then report to management
- Provide medical evacuation drill, Involving First Aid and Emergency Rescue team
About you
What skills and experience do you need?
- Diploma in Nursery
- 2 years in a similar health role
- Proficient in safety principles and concepts, relevant legislative requirements and computer literacy.
Senior Engineer Mining

The role Senior Engineer Mining will be responsible for ensuring all the short term engineering activities are following the plan, safe, in cost manner, good quality, documented and reported on time
In this role you will:
- Provide the leadership and coaching within pit engineering group
- Actively lead and contribute to a positive teamwork within pit engineering group and environment at all times
- Lead pit engineer, geologist and Graduate engineer
- Provide a short term planning services which gives guidance the mining operation clearly
- Ensure the Target set by the project are met in a time and quality manner
- Ensure mine planning provide productively and maximum coal recovery in the most cost effectively and safe manner
- Coordinate and communicate short term planning issues to mining operation
- Communicate openly and honestly at all times
About you
- Bachelor degree in mining or geological engineering
- Minimum 4 Year as Mining Engineer role
- Understanding Mine Design Concept, Mine Software (Minescape)
- Good communication skill (must be able to communicate in English)
Supervisor Tyre

The Supervisor Tyre will be responsible for monitoring and controling tyre operation, attain equipment target availability and provide services of all tyres and users
In this role, you will:
- Cooperate with tyre administration in performing inventory of tyres, rims and tubes stock every month
- Preparing consumable spare such as tyres, rims and its component, repair good and tools as we as tyre tools
- Ensuring that condition of tool and equipment to work are safe and proper use
- Coordinating with tyre analyst in performing tyre and rim replacement program
- Actively coordinating and communication with staff of other department in relation with this jobs
- Performing other instruction related to the work from tyre senior supervisor
About you
- Minimum Senior High School or apprentice graduate
- Substantial experience in a similar or related role.
- Good man management and communication skills.

Supervisor Mining

The role as Supervisor Mining is responsible for Mining Operations that have been delegated by Senior Supervisor to achieve KPI’S
In this role, you will:
- Supervise the works team to deliver production quantities and results which meet the agreed dig plan for the shift.
- Plan ahead to set up the gear in good shape for the oncoming shift.
- Lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business result.
- Supervise and manage the equipment under your control to meet the following Sangatta Site productivity requirements safety and following all TCI operating procedures.
- Actively cooperate with your fellow Supervisors to use TCI equipment wisely and correctly to assist the team meet their own targets.
About you
- Applicants should have a minimum graduated from Senior High School; requires a minimum 5 years' professional experience in similar role as Supervisor Mining in large open cut mining operation
- Mining heavy industry experience is essential; could operate mining equipment
- Good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in staff supervision; have ability in resource planning and OHS&E supervision; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English; be able to operate computer; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; Posses POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) certification at Mine and Energy Department; be able to work on shift roster (day and night shift).
Engineer Cost Control

As an Engineer Cost Control you will provide financial records and reporting while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work.
In this role you will:
- Assist the Senior Supervisor Commercial in managing the financial and cost control aspects for all project operations and implement the best system and procedures to ensure quality and accurate control including reporting
- Provide analytical support to the Senior Supervisor Commercial, Finance and Administration Superintendent/Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and other managers as required
- Manage all aspects of day to day and monthly financial project requirements
- Control and review Infomine data processing to produce consistent, accurate, and timely manner completion
- Provide support for data request from KPC under discussion with Senior Supervisor Commercial
About you
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Economic, Civil, Industrial or Mining Engineering with minimum 3 years in the mining or construction industry in similar role as Engineer Cost Control and minimum 3 years in site based with demonstrated project management, cost control and planning skills;
- Proficient in Ms Project, Ms Office, and Desktop Publishing Package; proficient in Resources Analysis; proficient in Cost Control utilizing software such as JDE or other ERP will be additional advantage
- Good leadership, independent and mature personality, self-motivated, results driven and good negotiation skills; high initiative; performance driven; good planning skill; good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English.
