Scope
- Maintain technical role training including needs analysis, design, development, evaluation and implementation to build and drive a continuous learning culture
- Assess developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees.
- Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods of training, enhance performance and recognize performance.
- Manage and execute recruitment cycle especially technical role, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring and ensure candidates meet the requirements, fit the role and company culture
- Provide professional and expert recruitment and selection guidance and support to management teams
- Develop proactive and creative recruitment solutions that support the immediate, short and long term staffing goals
- Manage and execute all areas of the employee life cycle and provides reports & metrics
Responsibilities
- Maintenance policies & procedures.
- Provide coverage in recruitment, training and development, recruiting/staffing, onboarding, and data reporting
- Conduct general & technical role training for training needs assessment, design and develop blended learning programs and objectives to build and drive a continuous learning culture
- Design training curriculums and deliver programs to accelerate learning and bridge competencies gap to support both individual and organization’s growth.
- Obtain and develop effective training resources utilizing multimedia / digital platforms and methods.
- Create and maintain organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
- Direct follow-up of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Conduct frequent audits of training materials such as online courses, training programs, user guides and processes to ensure materials are up to date.
- Consult with Subject Matter Experts to develop and ensure content accuracy.
- Monitor spending and provide regular management information on investment in training.
- Familiar with Learning Systems to track learning events and competency assessment
- Design and implement the recruitment process from screening candidates to interview, job offer and boarding.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
- Assess applicants’ & coordination with HR Administration to ensure relevant knowledge, skill, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Work with managers to ensure that fair and robust selection processes are followed; ensuring correct skills and behaviours are placed in the right roles
- Show innovation through advice, coaching and support of management teams on recruitment activity.
- Design, develop and continually review the recruitment and selection policies and procedures in line with best practice and current legislation.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Qualification
- Baccalaureate Degree in Psychological/Computer Science/Technical/Adult Learning or a related discipline or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent.
- Previous working experience in Training, Assessment & Recruiting for minimum 5 years
- Understand how to utilise updated recruitment test tools including potential assessment, technical assessment, DISC, etc.
- Professional certification in KKNI Level IV
- Will be based in Balikpapan with regular travel to Jakarta & Timika
PAYROLL SPECIALIST
The Role
- Perform payroll duties in a busy deadline driven environment
Key Responsibilities
- End to end processing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls.
- Updating and maintaining payroll master file records (as advised via GPI).
- Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
- Calculation and payment of terminations.
- Calculating employee taxes in accordance with Indonesian prevailing laws
- Processing increases and calculation of back pays.
- Undertake required adhoc and standard payroll reporting.
- Calculating annual leave and LSL provisions/accruals.
- Review payroll reports and correct errors to ensure accuracy before sending bank files.
- Interpreting awards/agreements in relation to overtime, allowances etc.
- Undertaking redundancy calculations
- Responding to all types of queries from the business and employees
- Setting up new starters, processing leave forms and employee’s who does’t have access to leave system
- Manage health and life insurance, pension insurance, government insurance, medical check up new starter, contract & permanent employees every year’s, sick leave, employee leave and others employee administration as require
Required
- Female is advantage
- Bachelor degree (S1 Accounting / Finance ) or relevant education
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a payroll or accounts payable environment.
- Manage employee payroll with amount approximately 400 to 500 persons & employee payroll for expatriates.
- Payroll knowledge, computer literate, including Microsoft Excel spread sheeting and exposure to Word and Lotus Notes.
- Keyboard typing speed 50wpm & manual calculator accuracy.
- Thorough, accurate and precise, ability to work well as part of a team in a busy deadline driven environment.
- Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with employees at all levels of the organisation, flexible & proactive.
- Methodical and process driven with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret legislation and Indonesia Workplace agreements.
- Willing travel to Jakarta, Balikpapan & Timika
