Work In Progress (WIP) Administration

The Role
Responsible for work in progress, data entry, accounts, general typing and administrative tasks for the Customer Service Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase order entry and receipting
- Job set up and closure
- Expediting purchase orders
- Requesting quotations
- Customer invoicing
- Time sheet entry
- Labour and job allocations and reconciliations
- Ensuring WIP and invoicing deadlines are met
- Parts backorder reporting and follow up
- Liaising with various stakeholders
- Assist with Warranty Administration
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures especially the EHS policies
- Ensure that safety communication and consultation doing on a regular basis or as specific needs arise.
- Report all accidents, incidents, and injuries immediately and complete all relevant documentation.
Your Profile
- D3 or Bachelor’s Degree is advantage
- Min 2 years experience in similar position.
- Computer literate
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, along with a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
- Strong customer service focus & understanding of the mining industry issues that affect operational success.
