DEPT HEAD HCBP -KALIMANT AN
Job Responsibilities:
• Support organization effectiveness by developing and implementing HC solutions aligned to Company Strategy
• Work closely with management and employees in Kalimantan area to improve work relationships, employee engagement, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Collaborate with the Business departments in Kalimantan area to understand hiring needs and team goals
• Review HO policies, Performance Appraisal, Recruitment Strategy, Monitor and preparation of payrol supporting data for HC Corporate
• Develop and monitors the implementation of company regulations in conjunction with the prevailing Government Manpower Act
• Supervise GA activites, office service and asset management.
Job Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Law, or Psychology
• At least 2 years of working experience as HRGA Supervisor is a must
• Strong networking in community & government
• Strong interpersonal & communication skill
• Strong execution and target oriented
• Wiling to be placed in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan
