Crew Drill & Blast
Department: PPNC
Level: Non-Staff
Office Location: Samarinda
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
• Assist in preparing drilling locations, making and installing drilling markings and demarcation of drilling locations
• Assist in checking and measuring borehole depth
• Assist in the maintenance and maintenance of drilling machines
• Assist drilling machine operators in the traveling and repositioning process
• Assist in the implementation of blasting activities, implementation of road blocks (safe distance blasting) at predetermined post positions
• Update, maintain and maintain equipment for drilling and blasting work, such as: information boards, location signs, safety lines and other equipment
• Assist in recording reports related to drilling and blasting activities
REQUIREMENTS :
• Min. Senior High School
• Min. 1 years experience in reputable coal mining contractor companies
• Have driving license (SIM A) is preferable
• Has Knowledge for operate, maintenance & repair equipment Drill Machine CAT MD 6200 & Sandvik D245/Type S (preferred have a certificate of training)
• Having good communication
Mechanic Drill Machine
Department: PPNC
Level: Non-Staff
Office Location: Samarinda
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
• Carry out the job maintenance and repair of equipment unit Drill Machine according to the instructions manual
• Carry out repair of the equipment according to the instructions manual
• Carry out the work of preventive maintenance drill machine
• Perform the repair work in accordance with the schedule and outside the schedule appropriately in accordance with the service manual
• Monitoring & operating the unit and make a report to the supervision
• Make PRS ( Parts Requisition Slip ) for any damage found in the field
• Checking, measure, and record the condition and wear of the undercarriage component
• Prepare the Literaure, Tools , spare parts, consumable, which will be used for the implementation of repair and maintenance
• Checking, controling and ensure that the junior / Helper Mechanic do the job as well
• Carry out regular checks against the Drill Machine according to the standard and procedures
• Report the results of a routine inspection
• Take a sample of oil ( SOS ) and fill the data that is required with accurate
• Attend Safety Talk
• Responsible and ensure subordinate / junior work in accordance with the safety standards
REQUIREMENTS :
• Min. Senior High School
• Min. 2 years experience in reputable coal mining contractor companies
• Have driving license ( SIM A )
• Understand the knowledge of maintenance & repair equipment Drill Machine CAT MD 6200 & Sandvik D245/Type S (preferred have a certificate of training)

Foreman Drill & Blast
Department: PPNC
Level: Lead/Coordinator
Office Location: Samarinda
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
• Prepare the drilling location & drill machine properly
• Monitor the installation of drilling points (Marking) and demarcation of the location of Drill & Blast activities
• Monitor drilling operators in the operate drill machines in accordance with applicable SOPs
• Inspect and measure the depth of drilling holes
• Carry out blasting activities according to the plan
• Coordinate road block (safe distance of blasting) at the control post at a predetermined position
• Safeguard the blasting area
• Make reports related to drilling and blasting activities
• Implement K3LH regulations and programs according to the type of work being carried out
• Report potential hazards and incidents (safety accountability) in the work area
REQUIREMENTS :
• Min Senior High School / Diploma in Mining Engineering
• Min 2 years experience in Drill & Blast activities in open pit mining areas
• Familiar in managing & supervising Drilling machine type CAT MD 6200 & Sandvik D245/Type S • Have a Class II Explosive Certificate (Juru ledak Kelas II)
