1. Senior Supervisor Auto Electric

About the role
The Senior Supervisor Auto Electric will apply Thiess Governance System and plant procedures within the work force in relation to safety/environment, maintenance planning, recording/registering while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Superintendent Plant and based on site on a 28/14 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and result.
Some of your duties will include:
To apply Thiess Governance System and plant procedures within the work force in relation to safety/environment, maintenance planning, recording/registering, quality of workmanship, leadership & organize of workshop personnel.
To plan and coordinate the shutdown, repair and service of equipment according to TGS Plant Department policies and procedures to ensure availability targets and budget are achieved.
To lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.
To plan and co-ordinate an effective repair and service of equipment to achieve department goal by availability 90%, MTBS 60 hours and MTTR 6 hours.
To reduce unnecessary expenditure and costs in order to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability in all areas within the Plant Department.
To ensure cost effective by reduce the down time and rework.
To give support to your direct reports, in counselling and disciplinary matters
Acknowledge and encourage good performance and loyalty to the company
Resolve personal issues relating to the field and workshop crews
About you
What skills and experience do you need?
Minimum Senior High School / Technical High School
Minimum 5 years in Electrical Supervision
People handling skill diagnostic skills in all aspects of electrical repairs.
Electrical repair experience in Auto Electric including HV & HVAC electric system
Delegation of responsibilities; Maximizing performance; Computer literacy
2. Supervisor Mechanic - Aux & Medium Truck

About the role
The Supervisor Mechanic Aux & Medium Truck will ensure that the Maintenance Department goals are achieved while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor Mechanic and based on site on a 28/14 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and result.
Some of your duties will include:
To ensure that the Maintenance Department goals are achieved MA>90 %, MTBS>60 hours Zero LTI, by following the procedures which are set up in TGS.
Communication and reporting. Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of equipment repairs.
Ensure to accurate the completion of daily breakdown report for reviewing by the Senior Supervisor before end of shift every day.
Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure that the correct procedures are used when breakdowns and failures troubleshooting.
Ensure all WOs open status have been compared with current break down equipment to make sure all WOs are controlled and closed if the job has been done.
Review DOOD (Daily Outstanding Operator Defect), SOS report, mechanical inspection are analysed and reviewed and also ensure it is submitted in daily complete with the part recommendation. Ensure the mechanic raises the list of part recommended accurately to address all backlog, breakdowns and planned maintenance
Ensure all break down machine are reported in IMTC, and all information repair description, coding, start and finish have been filled in IMTC correctly.
Prepare parts equipment and manpower for planned work and shutdown days, Ensure all repairs are carried out in an effective cost and timely manner.
Investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all equipment in the field and associated area, this is included with the operator abuse.
Make a safe working environment for all employees by ensuring all activities are carry out according to the work procedures in the TMS, JSEAs are relevant and all hazards are controlled.
Ensure that there is no impact for the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring that the procedures in the TGS are followed.
Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe and make sure subordinate understand of our objectives and Thiess policies, and address all safety information to crew.
Ensure all the disciplinary actions are issued as required in accordance with the GBU Mine Regulations.
Lead by sample.
Conduct counselling where required as per SMP procedures
Give support to your direct reports, in counselling and disciplinary matters
Acknowledge and encourage good performance and loyalty to the company

About you
What skills and experience do you need?
Minimum Senior High School / Technical High School
6 Year experience in mechanical repair and supervisor in the mining industry. Planning of mechanical repair.
People handling skill diagnostic skills in all aspects of electrical and mechanical repairs.
First aid, Incident Investigation.
Repair and maintain medium and heavy duty equipment.
3. Superintendent Technical Services

About the role
The Superintendent Technical Services will apply Thiess Governance System and plant procedures within the work force in relation to safety/environment, maintenance mine planning while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Project Manager and based on site on a 28/14 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and result.
Some of your duties will include:
To ensure all design and planning provided for allowing the maximum productivity and coal recovery in the most cost effective and safe manner;
Record and report on the results of Implementing the mine plan, highlighting good, bad, lessons learnt and priorities for Improvement;
Provide qualitative and quantitative data of the reserve and manipulate reserves to account for mining practices;
Mining methods and selectivity, handling, blending and transport of coal;
Create and maintain a schedule database In XPAC/Excel for excavation and dump sequence;
Produce - scheduling outputs for clients (progress, sequence, quantities, truck requirements, costs);
Provide Mine Planning inputs for tendering new business;
Liaise with clients and estimating to provide necessary data for pricing;
To provide data for financial accrual in monthly basis and management needs.
Coordinate with Senior Geologist re client geological model and Senior Geotechnical Engineer as required;
Liaise with client on preparation of Working model & ensure relevant new pit data are incorporated into the next working model;
Reconciliation (comparison between model, survey and actual);
Ensure geotechnical issues are highlighted and controls implemented (eg; monitoring systems);
Design according to the best available geotechnical advice;
Liaison with client and consultant mining engineers.
About you
What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering; minimum 10 years’ professional experience In large open cut mining and mine engineering and 3 years experiences in similar role as Superintendent Technical Services;
Mining heavy industry-experience is essential; Formal education "MADYA" Certification — Mine and Energy Department — preferred; Outstanding proficiency in geological modelling and mine planning (Mincom) and other general office software (Microsoft) Mining Principles, Mine design concepts and mining methods; An awareness of mine operation regulatory requirements;
Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English & Bahasa Indonesian; problem solving using analytical method, interdepartmental and management interactions, client focused, cost driven, work to deadline, computer literate.
4. Senior Engineer Mine Planning

The Senior Engineer Mine Planning will be responsible to manage all activities in Technical Services Management while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Superintendent Technical Services and based on site on a 28/14 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and result.
Some of your duties will include:
Provide technical design and support for mining engineering activities so as to maximize productivities in the most cost effective and efficient manner, while ensuring a safe professional environment is maintained;
Provide daily advice to production personnel on the required direction of mining to achieve scheduled sequences and targets;
To plan and set up total required equipment and production schedule to satisfy client’s demand
To produce detailed required equipment in mining scheduling report;
To produce a map for more permanent area of support facilities;
To ensure a proper reserving and scheduling with using mining software;
To produce an optimized required equipment to achieve a better profit with using mining software;
To ensure agreed mine scheduling/ planning followed by mining operation;
To communicate mine scheduling/ planning issues to mining operation.
What skills and experience do you need?
Minimum of Bachelor degree of Mine Engineering with minimum of 5 years' experience in large open cut mining and mine engineering;
Proficient in mining principles, mine design concepts & mining methods, operations in both coal, mine operation regulatory requirements;
Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape, Xpac and Talpac will be an advantage;
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail;
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.
