Location: Jakarta and/or Balikpapan based

Job Description:

• The Completions Field Specialist performs as either crew leader or crew member and is an expert in the service delivery process. The position reports to the Product & Service Delivery Manager.
• Successful candidates are easily adaptable to field conditions (rig environment, offshore/ land), are able to collaborate and work effectively in teams. Has a strong commitment to Safety, Quality, efficiency and is focused on performance,
• The Position holder is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient and reliable product and service delivery to our customers from the initial verification and preparation of resources to the final delivery and archive of the job deliverables. The Completions Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements the standard work, and manages risk during service delivery. Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.  

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing the service accurately and delivered on time. Removing and securing resources, preparing resources, capturing field data, prepare field deliverables, final job deliverables and job invoice supporting documentation.
• Develop and implement job risk management and response and continuous improvement programs. 
• Develop extensive relationships with the customer to promote company products and services and obtain the customer acceptance of delivery.
• Leads Monitoring and Flow Control Installations (Intelligent completions- IC).
• Focal point for communication with the client at the wellsite.
• Participates/ Leads the job preparation process in accordance with Schlumberger or client specific Quality Plans.
• Submits accurate and timely paperwork, inclusive of job reports and captures any lessons learned.
• Performs in the role of a mentor to Field Specialists and Field Engineers.
• Liaises with the Client on location and assists in troubleshooting.
• Ensures installation procedures are followed without compromising safety.

Qualifications:

• Diploma degree graduates from reputable college / polytechnique.
• Expertise on field execution of completion sand control tools, core completion tools (packers, safety valve, completion accessories), intelligent completion (flow control valves and downhole gauge) and liner hanger
• Proficient in hydraulic and tubing movement calculationMinimum 3 years in completion services in other oilfield services company or client
