To support our coal mining exploration and production development in West Kutai, East Kalimantan, we required highly qualified professionals to fill the following vacancies:
1, Legal Staff For Land Acqusition
2. Legal Admin
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with survey team members of issues related to land compensation (1&2)
- Conducting studies on land status within the mining area (1&2)
- Draft and review of commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents (1&2)
- Provide advice on the tion of the company and participate in negotiations where fond expertise ts requned (1) i” gots
- Responsible for matters related to industrial dispute, lawsuit and arbitration (1)
- Work with contracted law firm on assignment that require internal legal services (1)
- Support the legal team in administrative preparation (2)
Requirements:
- Male, max. 30 years old (1), max 28 years old (2)
- Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law (1), Any Major (2)
- Has at least 1 years experiences at land compensation and legal permit (1), at Admin staff (2)
- Excellent Microsoft shill, especially Ms. Excet and Ms. Word (1&2)
- Have Experience in mining industry are preferable (1&2)
- Job Location ; West Kutai—East Kalimantan (1&2)
