1. The Supervisor Lifting & Logistic

The Supervisor Lifting & Logistic will be responsible to manage all activities in site Supply Chain Warehouse, especially in the absence of Supply Chain Senior Supervisor while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor and based on site on a 28/14 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and result.
Some of your duties will include:
Responsible to manage all activities in site Supply Chain Warehouse , especially in the absence of Supply Chain Senior Supervisor
To ensure that all materials issued from store must be traceable using MRF , correct part number and cost code completed with approval as signature specimen
Coordinate and do monitoring all warehouse activities to ensure the correct location , stock store level maintenance .Monitoring fuel and oil issuing – ensure all running well .Stock take result target must reach minimum 95%
Ensure process of receipting and dispatching inventory are following Thiess procedure .Site warehouse ensure all document match with physical item .NCR immediately issued if not match
Ensure Site Expeditor is taking on the role of following up outstanding order .Plant team daily updated with P1 item status.
Take part and controlling all Supply Chain monitoring report and fix the discrepancy (APWF – GRNV)
Responsible to monitor the issue at Supply Chain warehouse and provide an immediate strong corrective actions
Responsible to maintain continuous improvement – achieve KPI targets and set up achievable yearly target
Co-ordinate staff to work safely, productively, efficiently and effectively as an integrated team
Lead, demonstrate and educate the employees to embrace a work environment free from discrimination, where everyone is included and treated with respect
About you
What skills and experience do you need?
Minimum Senior High School or University Degree
Minimum 4 Year Experience in Warehouse Environment Working area
Computer, JDE Data Base, and site regulation, Knowledge about leadership and interpersonal, Communication skills, Building relationships, planning and organising

2. The Supervisor Mechanic (Auxilary & MT)
Job Type : Permanent (Indonesia only)
Location : INDO - GBU Coal Mine, Indonesia - East Kalimantan
The Supervisor Mechanic (Auxilary & MT) provides the implementation of mechanical inspection re quirement while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor Mechanic and based on GBU Coal Mine Project on a 4/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.
Some of your duties will include;
Ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved
Ensure work safely and follow all work place safety procedures
Organize subordinate for job execution as per plan & supervisor direction
Ensure daily job execution is followed as per supervisor or superintendent instruction
Perform scheduled & unscheduled mechanical job
Ensure all jobs are reported to Info mine for input into OCDC and monitoring of machine status
Initiative asking about job to supervisor, communicate to supervisor or inspector for daily basis
Prepare paper work related to daily work execution (area inspection, PRF, safety target etc.)
Analyse faults and repairs to the machine; Work towards minimizing DOOD and equipment down time
Ensure all mechanical inspections and failure reports are carried out correctly
Ensure all parts are ordered correctly and followed up accordingly
Maintain good communication between mechanics, leading hands and supervisors
Ensure all defect are carried out and close all WO's open if all job has been done
Make hand over job clearly to shift Leading hand
About you
What skills and experience do you need?
Minimum Senior High School, Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Trade Specialist is preferred; requires a minimum 3 years professional experience in similar role as Supervisor Mechanic with relevant qualification in Mechanical & Auto Electrical HE Repair and Plant Supervision in mining industry, planning of daily shut down schedule and breakdown repair; mechanical & auto electrical repair experience in experience in Truck/Dozer/Grader unit : Liebherr, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi ; handling diagnostic skill in all aspects of electrical repairs;
Good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in staff supervision; have ability in resource planning and OHS&E supervision; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English; able to work under pressure are preferred character traits;

3. The Senior Supervisor Auto Electric

The Senior Supervisor Auto Electric will apply Thiess Governance System and plant procedures within the work force in relation to safety/environment, maintenance planning, recording/registering while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Superintendent Plant and based on site on a 28/14 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and result.
Some of your duties will include:
To apply Thiess Governance System and plant procedures within the work force in relation to safety/environment, maintenance planning, recording/registering, quality of workmanship, leadership & organize of workshop personnel.
To plan and coordinate the shutdown, repair and service of equipment according to TGS Plant Department policies and procedures to ensure availability targets and budget are achieved.
To lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.
To plan and co-ordinate an effective repair and service of equipment to achieve department goal by availability 90%, MTBS 60 hours and MTTR 6 hours.
To reduce unnecessary expenditure and costs in order to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability in all areas within the Plant Department.
To ensure cost effective by reduce the down time and rework.
To give support to your direct reports, in counselling and disciplinary matters
Acknowledge and encourage good performance and loyalty to the company
Resolve personal issues relating to the field and workshop crews
What skills and experience do you need?
Minimum Senior High School / Technical High School
Minimum 5 years in Electrical Supervision
People handling skill diagnostic skills in all aspects of electrical repairs.
Electrical repair experience in Auto Electric including HV & HVAC electric system
Delegation of responsibilities; Maximizing performance; Computer literacy
