Job description
- Carrying out and coordinating all industrial relations management activities and monitoring personnel data updates related to industrial relations and monitoring these rules so that employees within the Company can create a harmonious work environment through effective coordination with related parties in order to ensure work balance and work relations are maintained in a harmonious project based on the rules of budget constraints, procedures and applicable HSE standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Having experience as supervisor IR minimum 3 years, preferred in mining company
• Male, maximum 40 years
• Having excellence experience HR-IR Regulation, Labor Regulation, Mining Business Process, Termination Management, HSE procedure, HRD Procedure.
• Have POP certification is preferred
• Able to work with deadline
• Have good communication & Attention with detail
• Willing to be Placed in All site Darma Henwa
