ACCOUNT OFFICER
We are looking for passionate and talented Account Officer — Heavy Equipment Financing to support the growing business in Indonesia .
Job Description
- Responsible for contract negotiation and signing, assisting equipment delivery, and collection of insurance and warrant documents after delivery;
- Investigate local market requirements, go to the client's address for on-site loan review, write a credit investigation report and complete the company’s risk control approval;
- Responsible for rent collection and overdue management: collect rent, cooperate with law firms, towing companies and other external agencies to draw back overdue equipment;
- Participate in various exhibitions and industry associations to promote our products and services;
- Create Business and Financial Analysis Proposal in English
- Able to understand Financial Statement, Ratio, and Business Flow;
- Able to do Financial Calculation such as Interesting Calculation & Payment Scheme;
Requirement
- Min 4 years experience in banking , B2B, Commercial at Banking or Finance company
- Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Business, Banking & Finance, Economics or related field.
- Fluent in MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, or Chinese
- Good Negotiation and Financial Analysis skill.
- Good sense of Risk Awareness, Compliance and Integrity
- Experience in the Heavy Equipment industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet time sensitive deadlines.
- Wide network in contruction, plantation, mining, manufacturing or shipping/transportation field
- Prefer from corporate banker
- Highly motivation, driven target, loyal and experienced in handling large scale corporation
