Senior Engineer Drill & Blast
The Senior Engineer Drill & Blast will be responsible to review drill and blast designs, implement designs in conjunction with blasting sub-contractor and analyse drill and blast results. Reporting to the Superintendent Drill & Blast and based on Balikpapan Support Facility on a 5/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.
Senior Engineer Environmental
The Senior Engineer Environmental will be responsible to develop, manage, communicate, implement, maintain, audit, and review the site Environmental Management Plan consistently to meet ISO14001 and Thiess Governance System (TGS) requirements. Reporting to the Superintendent Environmental and based on Balikpapan Support Facility on a 5/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.
Senior Engineer Mine Planning
The Senior Engineer Mine Planning will be responsible to monitor, control and supervise mine planning staff and resources to produce short and long term mine planning/scheduling systems and procedures that effectively support the mining operations in achieving performance within budget. Reporting to the Superintendent Mine Planning Operations and based on Balikpapan Support Facility on a 5/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.
Senior Engineer Geotechnical
The Senior Engineer Geotechnical will be responsible to provide a range of geotechnical related services to the Thiess Indonesia Business Unit. Reporting to the Manager Geotech and Geology and based on Balikpapan Support Facility on a 5/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.
Senior Geologist
The Senior Geologist will be responsible to provide mine planning services and technical support so as maximize productivities in the most cost efficient manner. Reporting to the Principal Geology and based on Balikpapan Support Facility on a 5/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.
Supervisor Mechanic
The Supervisor Mechanic will be responsible to lead the operation and maintenance HE, day to day both Plant TMRP and Kariangau while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor Mechanic and based on Balikpapan Support Facility on a 5/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.
Superintendent Drill & Blast
The Superintendent Drill & Blast will be responsible to lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in the areas of people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results. Reporting to the Principal Drill & Blast and based on Balikpapan Support Facility on a 5/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.
Specialist Training - HSE
The Specialist Training - HSE will be responsible to train & assess TCI employees within mining and construction projects in all aspects while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Supervisor Training HSE and based on Balikpapan Support Facility on a 5/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.
Accountant Plant
The Accountant Plant will be responsible for plant admin activities including cost, system, record & report performance and filing system while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Supervisor Administration Hub and based on Balikpapan Support Facility on a 5/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.
Officer Payroll
The Officer Payroll will contribute to TCI Plant Objectives through the establishment and ongoing refinement of a best practice model for supporting while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Supervisor Administration Hub and based on Balikpapan Support Facility on a 5/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.
