Job Title: Assistant HSE Manager
Balikpapan; 12 months
-10+ years HSE in Oil/Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical
-Bachelor Degree – Environmental Engineering
-To provide leadership in the implementation of the project HSSE Management Systems and provide support to the project management team. Works daily with the Refinery Construction Manager and functionally to the Project HSSE Manager.
-Establish the project HSSE culture and minimum HSSE expectations of the ERG contractor(s). The HSSE Manager must ensure the necessary HSSE processes and procedures are in place for the project, leading by example and in accordance with the Client’s OneWay Integrityframework along with the approved project HSSE Plan.
-Preform a GAP analyses and approve the EPC contractor's safety plan
-Develop the project HSSE strategy and provide leadership in the implementation of the project HSE management systems in accordance with local legislative requirements.
-Develop and continuously improve the strategic HSSE project plans in alignment with Client’s and Pertamlna corporate HSSE management systems.
