Didirikan pada tahun 1982 sebagai perusahaan yang berspesialisasi dalam pengembangan sumber daya, KIDECO mengoperasikan Tambang Pasir yang merupakan tambang tunggal terbesar ketiga di Indonesia.
Setelah hampir 10 tahun persiapan termasuk penyelidikan tambang dan uji validitas dari awal 1980-an hingga awal 1990-an, KIDECO membuka Tambang Pasir.
Dimulai dengan 3 juta ton produksi komersial batubara pada tahun 1993, volume produksi mencapai lebih dari 300 juta ton pada Mei 2013 melalui ekspansi infrastruktur dan peningkatan sistem penambangan yang berkelanjutan. Tambang Pasir sekarang menghasilkan 40 juta ton batubara setiap tahun.
KIDECO telah membangun kepercayaan di antara para pelanggan dengan secara stabil memasok batubara ke lebih dari 60 pelanggan di 16 negara termasuk Cina, Jepang, dan Hongkong.

Job Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in K3 (Occupational Health & Safety)/ Hiperkes (Industrial Occupation Hygiene), and others
Minimal 1 years of experience in Safety field
Having ‘Basic Safety’, ‘AK3 Umum’, ‘Basic First Aid’, ‘Basic Fire Rescue’ certification
Having ‘Basic Inspection & Investigation’, Basic SHE System (SMK3, ISO, SMKP) certification
Excellent in accident investigation technique, safety tools, IBPR, communication skill
Computer literate (MS office)
Having a good English skill (both speaking and writing)
Able to drive and have SIM A driving license
Willing to be positioned in East Kalimantan Mine Site
Domicile in Kalimantan Timur is preferred
Job Description:
Responsible for the health and safety of employee in the workplace
Ensuring implementation of safety standard operation procedure (SOP)
Anticipation of unsafe conditions in the workplace
Objective and systematic incident investigation process
Create, implement and report (daily, weekly, monthly) K3 safety program, K3 inspection & observation activities
