About the role
The MonitorIQ - Lead Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repairs, and testing of GroundProbe’s digital products at partner and customer sites in both surface and underground environments, along with necessary customer liaison with the both the customer’s engineering teams and their IT teams at a site and corporate level.
What you will be doing
Installation and maintenance of digital testing environments at partner and customer sites, and conduct software testing and demonstrations
Lead and support the software installation effort in region to ensure quality product delivery of software features and functionality to meet/exceed customer expectations
Deliver technical training and lead commercial demonstrations for both internal and external customers
Integrate third-party devices into Company geotechnical data aggregation software platform
Hold customer workshops with customers’ technical services or engineering teams, as well as corporate and site-based IT teams to discover their network topology and installation requirements.
Coach the customer and GroundProbe internal teams to the result of integrating data into one central database
What you bring
Degree in Engineering or Information Technology
Microsoft and Networking certification (MCSE and CCNA)
Cert. IV in Training and Assessment
Unencumbered Manual Drivers Licence
Hold Current Passport or Permanent Residency with the ability to obtain Visas for international travel
