PT. Elnusa, Tbk. is searching for a :
HSE Officer (Offshore Project)
Qualifications:
1. Graduated with a bachelor degree
2. Having Experience min 5 years as HSE Officer in Offshore Project
3. Conduct HSE Campaign and Organizing safety induction for new employees and visitors in the field.
4. Organizing a Pre-Job Safety Meeting and Check the implementation of the HSE Management System, including finding findings in the area and monitoring the closing process
5.. Conduct training in emergency safety procedures in the area and report findings (finding) and monitor, evaluate and provide recommendations on the status of the HSE database (MCU, K3 Migas certification, HSE training, etc.).
6. Conduct mandatory training (hand and fingers injury, working at height, drop objects, manual handling / ergonomics, electrical hazards, environment awareness, risk prevention awareness, H2S awareness) for new employees from the operating work unit for at least 2 days, before starting profession
7. Domiciled in Jabodetabek is preferred
8. Placement – Site Offshore

PROJECT CONTROL
Qualifications:
1. Graduated with a bachelor degree of engineering.
2. Good Command in English.
3. Experience min.10 years (min 5 years in the same role in managerial), project experiences in constructions for insfrastructure, mining, petrochemical, refinery plant, heavy equipment industrial or manufacturing project (Upstream and Downstream Project).
4. Familiarity with Excel program and scheduling software (primavera or microsoft project).
5. Advising project team on cost control & contract compliance
6. Performs project schedule analysis and identifies potential problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities..
7. Tracking progress & reports against actual cost and Preparing and updating weekly and monthly project cost reports.
8. To ensure that Post Project Critiques (PPC) and Close Out Reports (COR) are well documented and issued after Project completion
9. Maximal 45 years old
