1. MECHANIC
We currently have a position available based in Balikpapan for “MECHANIC”.
EDUCATION - EXPERIENCE
- Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School (SMK), Diploma Engineering (preferably from mechanical background)
- Minimum 8 years of experiences as Mechanic in Mining Industries.
- Having Certificate in Automotive mechanical or equivalent
- Having knowledge in pumps is recommended
- Having driving license (Class A)
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Coordinates with Workshop and/or Field Superior to complete project and works efficiently
- Performs highly diversified duties to assembling, installation and commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance asset equipment according to safety, Preventive Maintenance System and Processes to support company goals
- Having good leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem identification and analysis
- Abitity to work flexible hours, independently and in a team
- Planning maintenance schedules
- Having high integrity, meet the deadlines, honest, discipline, proactive and hard worker
- Fluent Both spoken and written English
- Preparing recomendations for equipment replacement
- Willing to be placed at site and to travel among Indonesia
- Good understanding in safety matters

2. PUMP ENGINEER
We currently have a position available based in Balikpapan for “Pump Engineer”.
Education and Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experiences as Engineer preferred in Pumping and Mining Industries.
- Having knowledge in pumps is recommended
- Having driving license (Class A)
Key Competencies
- Research, planning and designing mechanical and electromechanical include sub system
- Interpreting customer specifications and modify the standard design of the package to meet customer project specific requirements
- Sugensting and specifying equipment suitable for customer specified application and designs
- Recommeding design modification engineering to eliminate wrong application include a bill of materials
- Having strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Having high integrity, meet the deadlines, honest, discipline, proactive and hard worker
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Willing to travel among Indonesia
- Good understanding in safety matters

Education and Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Safety (preferably from AK3 background)
- Minimum 10 years experiences as HSE in Mining Industries.
- Having Certificate in K3 or equivalent
- Having knowledge in pumps is recommended

- Having good leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem identification and analysis
- Ability to work independently and in team
- Develop and provide training on plant Health and Safety Policies/Guidelines
- Supervise/Manage the Health and Safety Department personnel by coordinating department responsibilities
- Provide direction to ensure compliance of regulatory issues and piant policies

- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Willing to travel to site
