Finance & Accounting Staff
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 Yearls) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management E. non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Work location : Berau. East Kalimantan.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting in control of all the companys operations both at branch and controlling budgets for operating expenses and income. investment and overall budget.
• Job Order-30 & sales Order verification, create invoice. Tax Invoice and prepare related document
• Ensure deliverance of invoice. monitoring payment. conduct collection for AR after coordination with Collection coordinator in Head Office.
• AR reconciliation and manage aging.
• Ensure payment from client. payment verification and follow up payment to client.
