1. Mine Plan Engineer
(Code : MPE)
Job Scope
Prepare plans and design mid-term mine plan based "Sequence", referring to the design and plan of medium and long term mine in accordance with the technical mining operations which include the production plan and estimation of equipment needs and anticipate the adjustment of design & planning in the field to support operations.
Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineer.
• Have experience minimum 5 years in the same field.
• Familiar with Xpac is a must, familiar with other mining software are more likely.
• Knowing about Business Process, Mining Process, and HSE Procedure.
• Works well independently and on teams.
• Must have a strong willingness to take initiative and drive change.
• Ability to deal with complex difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision while performing duties.
• Preferably has driver license (SIM A).
• Willing to be placed at all company site.
2. Mine Operation Supervisor
(Code: MODTL)
Job scope:
Regulate, supervise and verbally and in writing all overburden mining and transportation activities and maintain the cleanliness of the work environment within the scope of supervision based on the direction of superiors, mine plans and designs created by engineers within budget constraints, procedures and HSE standards that apply to ensure the achievement of work targets per shift and support the smooth "sequence" of mining.
Qualification:
• Preferably Diploma or Bachelor degree from Mining Engineering. High School accepted with 12 years of experience in related field.
• Has work experience min 3 years as supervisor in mining industry.
• Has POP (Pengawas Operational Pratama) certificate is a must.
• Able to work with deadlines.
• Good communicator and thorough at work.
• Understand mining process and HSE procedure used in mining area.
• Familiar with heavy equipment used in mining area.
• Able to read mine design and able to operate units (has KIMPER).

3. Plant Maintenance Heavy Equipment Superintendent
(Code: HOSHE_Name)
Overview:
Coordinating, directing and reporting all maintenance and repair activities of Heavy Equipment and all units support in the project in order to ensure the achievement of PA, MTBF, MTTR targets that have been determined based on the direction of superiors, maintenance schedules, HSE standards and procedures that apply within the specified budget limits for support the smooth operation of mining.
Qualification:
• Job holder must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Electrical/Electronic),
• Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Job holder will be designated to control, analyze and evaluate plans and system
• maintenance or maintenance unit / equipment in the project.
• Responsible for maintenance problems that occur in site and provide solutions that
• applicable, effective and efficient to achieve PA targets.
• Responsible for all maintenance activity (MTTR and MTBF) are within the limits of the
