RDMP Balikpapan JO is a joint operation between Hyundai Engineering Co. Ltd., PT Rekayasa Industri
and PT PP (Persero) Tbk, hereinafter referred to as RDMP Balikpapan JO who always carry out the duties
and responsibilities to Project RDMP RU V Balikpapan, PT Pertamina (Persero) Tbk to complete the
Engineering, Procurement and Construction in the project.
Vacant Position
1. Position: HSE Trainer
Responsibilities:
To deliver the content of training topic to audience / participant
To provide HSE Training schedule and conduct the training as per schedule
To maintain the training program as per training matrix
Qualification:
Male
30 – 50 years old
Bachelor Degree
At least 5 years’ experience
Certification: Training of Trainer Certification (BNSP); Ahli K3 Umum / Migas; Certified in Rigging
/ Lifting, Scaffolding & Heavy Equipment would be advantages
Good in English
2. Position: Civil Inspector
Responsibilities:
Verification / inspection for stone column and piling work
Verification / inspection for earth work
Verification / inspection for concrete and grouting work
Coordination with IPMT and subcontractor for field inspector activities
Qualification:
Male
Less than 45 years’ old
At least 5 years’ experience
Fluent in English (mandatory)
3. Position: Architecture Engineer
Resposibilities :
Supervise subcon’s activities related with Architecture works
Communicate with other member regarding Architecture progress
Analyze building codes, by-law, space and site requirement, and other technical documents and
reports to determine their effect on architectural designs.
Direct, review, and coordinate to other involved parties regarding project design changes,etc.
Qualification
Male
Age around 26 – 31 years’ old
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Architecture / Civil)
3 years related experience
Fluent in English (mandatory)
4. Position: HSE Supervisor
Responsibilities:
To support HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating, and implementing of effective
HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures
To provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health,
safety, and environmental issues
To ensure all worksites are compliant with company policies and site specific procedure
Qualification:
Male
28 – 50 years old
Bachelor Degree
At least 5 years’ experience
Certification: Ahli K3 Umum / Migas
Good in English
5. Position: Security Coordinator
Responsibilities:
To communicate and liaise with JO security coordinator and the authorities who are police
officer, fire fighter, and emergency services
To control traffic congestion by directing drivers and to maintain the lines
To secure premise and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment,
inspecting them and to maintain emergency access point with permitting entry
Qualification:
Male
Under 40 years’ old
Bachelor Degree
Equivalent experience may include a tenure as a police officer or military service member
Fluent speaking in English with good communication skills
6. Position: HSE Engineer
Responsibilities:
To provide administration function so support HSE department day to day activity
To manage all HSE records and documentation required for HSE audit
To perform data-entry and provide and required HSE reports
To manage correspondence letter and acting as Aconex administrator for HSE department
To manage JO procedures and documentation on HSE Management System
To collect, maintain, and analyze HSE statistical data
Qualification:
Male / Female
Bachelor Degree
Min 5 years’ experience
Ahli K3 Umum / Migas
Good in English (both speaking and writing)
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
