PT. Indo Perkasa is a mining service company having its coal terminal located in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. It’s a subsidary of Oorja Group Company. To strengthen the business and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, we invite talented, dynamic and the right candidates to fill the roles of:

1. STOCKPILE SUPERINTENDENT

Qualification:
▪ Male
▪ Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
▪ 5 Years Working as Mining Engineer in coal mining industry especially with expeience running fleet management system and port/jetty operation
▪ Good understanding in mining business process
▪ Good analytical skill and problem solving
▪ Strong Reporting and techinal writing
▪ Strong leadership skill
▪ Fluent in english is a must
▪ Excellent computer skill in microsoft environment  and other related applications especially in report preparation and presentation
▪ Good customer service and team work
▪ Based in Samarinda

2. MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Qualification:
▪ Male
▪ Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
▪ 3 Years working as maintenance planner for heavy equipment in coal mining industry
▪ Good knowledge in maintenance planning for heavy equipments especially for Komatsu (PC 300 – 400, Dozer D85) and Caterpilar (Excavator Cat 349, 320, Dozer D9)
▪ Good proficiency in computer like excel, powerpoint and SAP
▪ Fluent in english is a must
▪ Based in Samarinda

3. LOADING MASTER

Qualification:
▪ Male
▪ Bachelor Degree in maritim or equivalent
▪ Working 3 years as Loading Master in coal industry
▪ Strong leadership skill
▪ Fluent in english is a must
▪ Based in Samarinda

4. HR OPERATION SUPERVISOR

Qualification:
▪ Male / Female
▪ Bachelor Degree in Law
▪ 2 years working as HR Coordinator or Supervisor in mining industry
▪ Strong knowledge in Indonesia Labour Law
▪Experience for handling industrial relation disputes
▪ Good proficiency in computer especially for excel
▪ Strong leadership skill
▪  Fluent in english is a must
▪ Based in Samarinda
