Key elements of the position include:
• Evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly port operation and maintenance performance such as plan versus actual.
• Analyse, review and provide feedback to contractor related to port operation and maintenance activities.
• Review and modify (if necessary) the monitoring system to spare parts for the availability and movement in order to ensure that parts are adequate to minimize the operation disruption.

Qualifications:

• Carry out Control & Instrumentation and Electrical Power engineering programs, including development of design, Engineering, calculation and technical review. • Carry out analysis of condition monitoring process onto mining equipment
• Supervise and set clear goal and direction to the technician condition monitoring
• Monitor, Analyse and input into data base of all mining equipment health through condition monitoring tools such as wear metal analysis (filter cut, magnetic plug), top up fluid analysis, vehicle electronic data monitoring system and other related condition monitoring tools in mining equipment.

• Minimum Highschool (preferably Engineering/STM) with 7 years working experience, graduate with 5 years working experience as a draftsman.

SPECIALIST – APPLICATION SYSTEM (ERP)
(Fixed Term Position)
Key elements of the position include:
• Analyse user’s requests for developing new requirements to ensure the existing systems can accommodate the needs.
• Develop user’s requirements statements in details to formulate the application designs.
• Design the applications based on the user’s requirements and taking into account the existing systems.
• Develop the application programs using specific software tools relevant to the programming language.
• Liaise with suppliers or consultants when the development of the applications required knowledge and resources beyond the current Company’s capabilities.
• Test the developed application programs in the test environment to ensure no error.
• Deploy the tested and error-free application programs in the production environment.
• Monitor daily process to detect any errors or to prevent any predicted errors and take proper actions to ensure the application systems are in good operation at all times.
• Investigate database problems reported by users to identify and troubleshoot the errors.
• Administer the ERP applications to accommodate changes due to user movement and organisation restructuring.
• Test patches of new features and new software releases developed by vendors in the test environment to ensure the patches are suitable for the existing systems.
• Ensure all data required for month-end and year-end processes are complete.
• Manage the month-end and year-end processes to produce reports required by the Company’s Accounting department.
• Maintain security of personnel and business data.
• Evaluate the current application programs and initiate improvement to maximise functionality of the systems.
Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualification (S1) in Information Technology, Commerce or others with 6 years’ experience in commercial computing environments encompassing integrated systems, PC knowledge, programming and business analysis.
• Experienced as Oracle database administrator is a plus.
• Possess extensive experience and proven skills in IT management, preferably in the mining or oil and gas industry.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills in both English and Indonesian to liaise with KPC personnel and external suppliers and dealers.
• Knowledge of Ellipse or similar systems would be a distinct advantage.
SPECIALIST – CONDITION MONITORING (MSD)
(Fixed Term Position)
Key elements of the position include:
• Carry out analysis of condition monitoring process onto mining equipment
• Supervise and set clear goal and direction to the technician condition monitoring
• Monitor, Analyse and input into data base of all mining equipment health through condition monitoring tools such as wear metal analysis (filter cut, magnetic plug), top up fluid analysis, vehicle electronic data monitoring system and other related condition monitoring tools in mining equipment.
• Provide recommendation based on condition monitoring analysis and ensure Work Orders issued correctly, properly and on time.
• Provide technical analysis of failure mode and effect analysis, including NDT of component condition.
• Assist warranty team by providing technical analysis of component condition.
• Produce equipment health regular reports, include trending, and propose recommendation.
• Produce daily and weekly report for WO raised.
• Produce monthly report regarding condition monitoring analysis activities.
• Develop/involve on continuous improvement projects of equipment performance.
• Develop technician condition monitoring competencies especially on condition monitoring process, analysis, and monitoring.
• Conduct internal audit contamination control
• Conduct training as required related to condition monitoring
• Implement KPC HSE programs within Condition Monitoring team and contractor of Oil Analysis Laboratory.
Qualifications:
• Minimum S1 with 3 years, D3 with 6 years’ experience or Senior High School (STM) with 10 years’ experience.
• Having broad knowledge on heavy equipment system operation
• Has experience on heavy equipment maintenance and predictive maintenance of heavy equipment (Oil Analysis, Vehicle Electronic Data Monitoring Systems, Failure Analysis, Contamination Control, NDT, etc.).
• Able to operate computer software packages: Ellipse, Dispatch, MinVu, MS-Word, MS-Excel Advanced, MS-Access, MS-Power Point, Minitab.
• Intermediate statistic.
• Good communication (written and oral) skills in English and Indonesian.
SPECIALIST – MAINTENANCE TRAINING
(Fixed Term Position)
Key elements of the position include:
• Develop learning outcomes from data provided as a result of training needs analysis conducted in the position’s particular discipline area.
• Develop lesson plans from a list of learning outcomes in order to provide a consistent approach to the delivery of a competency development program.
• Deliver Off and/or on the job training for KPC employees in order to raise skill and competency levels.
• Conduct training in a manner which will encourage and motivate trainees to want to learn.
• Monitor trainee progress in learning during training sessions and provide appropriate feedback.
• Assess course participants to ensure that learning outcomes have been met.
• Record trainee attendance and assessment results accurately to ensure integrity of Alesco training data base and to provide accurate feedback to customers.
• Resource and/or develop appropriate training materials to support effective module delivery.
• Liaise with customers as required to provide information on training course and training administration, receive feedback on all matters related to training activities and to determine training needs.
• Maintain an awareness of one’s own career development needs and be proactive in the improvement of skills, knowledge and competencies required to further improvement one’s own performance.
Qualifications:
• Minimum SLTA or STM on automotive or electrical with above 10 years’ experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
• Possessing experience as Maintenance Trainer or competency Assessor would be preferable.
• Computer literate and excellent skill in designing and developing training manual.
• Excellent organizing and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) in both bahasa Indonesia and English.
SPECIALIST – MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING
(Fixed Term Position)
Key elements of the position include:
• Manage divisional cost and budget variance.
• Reconciliation General Ledger.
• Cost control and correction.
• Data and Spreadsheet processing.
• Liaise and people management cross divisional and level.
• Coaching and advising related accounts management through training, coaching, and discussion.
• Update knowledge accounting issues and standards (PSAK, GAAP).
• Set improvement targets, look for inefficiencies and the root causes, implement action plans and measure results.
• Continually monitor the Section for Business Improvement possibilities.
• Standardise procedures and ensure they are documented.
Qualifications:
• S1 degree in Accounting with minimum 3 years relevant experience in accounting, or 1 year in mining industry.
• Good knowledge on Accounting Standards and Cost Controlling.
• Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English to deal with a diverse range of personnel and produce reports.
• Strong planning, organising, interpersonal relations, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good computer skills to operate Office suite.
• Strong commitment to KPC vision, mission, values and HSES standards.
• Preferably Good knowledge on Coal Contract of Work (Perjanjian Karya Pengusahaan Pertambangan Batubara/PKP2B) and related regulations.
SENIOR ENGINEER – MECHANICAL (CPHD)
(Fixed Term Position)
Key elements of the position include:
• Make technical and cost calculation with assistance from mechanic drafting section.
• Provide design, specification, and cost estimation for modifications and additions to maintenance and Operation dept. It should meet the International standards.
• Identify and develop solutions to existing problems to improve equipment performance, availability, reliability, maintainability, safety, and minimise/reduce costs and environmental impact.
• Submit the Capital Expenditure Application (CEA) for mechanical projects.
• Manage mechanical projects to ensure customer requirements are satisfied, also meet to KPC Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standard.
• Direct contractors to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget and to an acceptable standard.
• Promote and reinforce compliance with the KPC HSE rules and regulations among all employees.
• Monitor HSE aspects of projects activities.
• Provide feedback to plan and maintain optimum manning within the Mechanical group.
• Foster teamwork spirit and create a workplace culture among employees consistent with the KPC values.
• Provide feedback to Supt on applying the most optimum design, work method and material to maintain cost efficiency.
• Determine improvement target; find inefficiency root causes; determine and implement action plan; measure results; standardize; and continue the same process to other costly or inefficient programs using continuous improvement methods.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Mechanical with 5 years relevant experience in wide variety of mechanical projects including mining industry and Power Plant.

• Financial skills to handle project and budget responsibilities.
