- Coordinate correspondence activity, check the completeness of supporting document related to activities in his/her working unit.
- Collect and record incoming and outgoing mails and document, file all document systematically in filling system
- Input all data related to unit activity into database
- Receive user complaint and direct them to related parties for further follow up
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3)
- Fresh graduate, but preferable 1-year minimum experience in administrative work.
- Business English, Ms. Office
