SUPERINTENDENT FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – 926453

Some of your duties will include:
• Providing leadership in management of existing Fleet Management Systems providing benefits of the FMS Systems to Mining Operation and Production; Lead in the development of business cases for introduction of FMS at other Thiess Indonesia sites; Implement FMS at other sites;
• Coordinate FMS activities through the planning with mining managers to ensure that the FMS goals are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner, by following the procedures which are set up in TGS and PGS objectives are;
• Manage all aspects of the Fleet Management System (Leica Jigsaw) at the site.
• Providing leadership in FMS discipline to deliver sustained optimum performance and reliability of the FMS to deliver cost savings to the project; by maximizing production, and improve productivities and production process;
• Develop, implement and monitor set of FMS KPI’S that ensures optimum performance and reliability;
• Build a team of competent and skilled Dispatch Engineers, Dispatchers and Technicians to efficiently operate and run the FMS system;
• Coaching and mentoring and developing direct reports;
• Working closely with whole of mine management team to ensure production and grade targets are met;
• Provided analytical support to Mine Operations group;
• Plan, implement and manage multiple FMS capability expansion projects
• Engaged management and production workforce and involved them in change management process.
• Ensure data reliability and integrity level of over 98% of FMS
• Work closely and provided advice to mine management
• Providing leadership in meeting company HSE&Q and system requirements
• Apply policies and procedures as well as responsibilities of the FMS system

What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years experiences in managing Fleet Management System (FMS) Team
• Has capability in managing a success Fleet Management Systems Team
• Has depth understanding on Coal Mining or Other Mineral Mining Operation
• Has understanding on Mining Engineering knowledge
• Strong Leadership and Communication Skill and hold people’s accountabilities
• Strong Knowledge of Fleet Management Systems (preferable Leica Jigsaw)
• Strong knowledge of Technology, Hardware & Infrastructure aspect that support FMS
• Has strong and depth analysis skill especially with numbers, calculation and demonstrate high excel skill
• Demonstrate High Impact Presentation Skill
• Strong English Skill and confident to communicate in English and possess skill in English written and business Writing.

SUPERINTENDENT WAREHOUSE – 926427

Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible for the management of all Warehouse operations.
• Liaise with the Balikpapan and Jakarta Logistics department to efficiently expedite materials to site.
• Review and monitoring of all Store costing, receipts, issues, storage, allocation, and inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with all parties on matters relating to receipts and deliveries of Spare Parts and/or operational materials on arrival.
• Ensuring that the best pricing and practices are put into place and monitored in relation to maximizing the best financial outcome for the Project.
• Daily communication with other departments in relation daily activities, expediting priorities, reviews, and reports.
• Liaise with Central Warehouse Balikpapan for the management of the JDE Warehouse Centralized Inventory Management.
• Management of all stock takes and reconciliation’s in relation to under / over.
• Monthly Store evaluations of Stock and Direct Charge Materials.
• Maintenance and distribution of KPI’s in relation to all Store Stock.
• Management of the Fuel and Oil requirements, shipping, receipts, and daily stock-takes, and reconciliation’s.
• Oversee processing and data entry of daily fuel, oil and plant returns and follow up input issues as required.
• Managing the end of month SMU Hours reconciliation (Forklift and LV).
• Managing the correction of daily cost committed, follow up with journal and reversing cost in the system
• Assisting Planning section in relation to correction on Work Order and any other financial issues.
• Lease with Site Admin Manager/Project Manager in all of financial issues.

What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum of Degree qualification (S1) in any discipline; requires a minimum 5 years' professional experience in management role as Superintendent Warehouse with demonstrated Financial management, Cost administration, Inventory Control, Warehouse management and Logistic management skills;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring and negotiation/mediation; good analytical; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

SENIOR ENGINEER DRILL & BLAST – 926367

Some of your duties will include:
• To lead drill and blast section team, provide the leadership and coaching within drilling and blasting section
• To make sure all drilling and blasting activities are following the plan, safe, in cost manner, good quality, documented and reported on time
• To make sure blasting quality are good to allow easy digging and digger can work productively
• To make sure record and report are correct, drill consumables stock are safe for continuity drilling
• To make sure broken stock are safe to allow digging sequence following mine planning
• To ensure explosive and accessories used in the field as per blasting plan
• To ensure record of explosive and accessories usage are correct and reconciled in weekly basis
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork and environment at all times
• Prepared drill and blast design to make good fragmentation and benching/sloping
• Prepared required of explosives, accessories and shoot plan
• Drill and blast design are safe, effective and issued ahead of time
• Coordination with short term engineer, mining supervisor for daily mining activities to achieve target of drill and blast sequences
• Designs are discussed with senior pit engineer, engineering superintendent, operations personnel and consensus is reached on the design approach
• Distribute and inform about blasting plan to all responsibilities
• Calculate blasting inventory every single blast and weekly basis
• Prepare drill performance for weekly basis
• Prepare statistics and report to client based on daily and monthly basis
•Prepare 6 month forecast of explosive and accessories every month
• Prepare Drill requirement and consumable for monthly basis

What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary degree in Mining, Civil or Geologist  with 8 years’ experience in similar role in  Open Pit Mining;
• Hold certificate Blaster Class II; understanding of mining sequences, mining and construction technology, mining Equipment and applications, engineering Principles; familiar with designing drill and blast; leading the team and explosives handling; proficient in applications applications of terramodel drill blast and shot plus software;
• Candidate should fluent in English both oral and written, and proficient in computer literacy; strong leadership; self motivated; ability to influence; team player; innovative and problem solving; supportive; communicative; and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

Some of your duties will include:
• Assist to the Senior Engineer Long Term or Technical Management Representative to develop, implement and evaluate Technical Service Management, plans and programs to Thiess standard, client requirement and ISO standar;
• Assist to Senior Long Term Engineer to set up the project production target, controlling and monitoring the progress in related to client’s requirement;
• Provide the technical mine design, scheduling, monitoring function and data analysis for the mining operation by ensuring maximum productivities, coal recovery in the most cost effective safe manner, providing competent and professional long term mine planning;

What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum of Bachelor degree of Mining Engineering with minimum of 5 years’ experience in open pit coal mining operation, previous experience at a mine site preferred and minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role as Engineer Mine Planning/ Long Term;

• Evaluate and analyse project performance data related to productivity, cost & safety utilising company’s standard systems in order to ensure data reliability;
• Contribute to the development of the short term detailed mine execution plans to integrate with the mining operations;
• Contribute to monitor and coordinate engineering activities to ensure efficient production of engineering plans to meet contract program requirements;

Some of your duties will include:
• Provide drill & blast planning service which guides the mining operation towards the long term & profitability;
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly planning to support production target in most cost effective way in safety manner;
• Provide daily and monthly report for drill and blast actual production including but not limited to total drill depth, total blasted volume, explosive usage, drill and blast cost;
• Control drill and blast activities to avoid any operational issues, e.g. hard digging case, coal losses, mining delay, standby equipment, and blasting permit.
