COST ESTIMATOR
PMC for PERTAMINA Balikpapan, Indonesia
(Location: BALIKPAPAN)
Here are the qualifications:
- Have Bachelor of Engineering degree certificate
- Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has minimum 3 years experiences in oil gas and petrochemical project.
- At least minimum 7 (seven) years applicableexperience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
- Has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and estimating bases be able to create estimating data bases from bids has been principal engineer responsible for the control of costs and cash flow on similar projects.
- Has experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of costs and cash flows on construction projects. Capable to plan and monitor costs for the project to identify the costs and cash flows. Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the estimates and cash flow forecasts to determine cash requirements and potential problem areas and corrective action to be taken.
