As a general supplier and contactor in east Kalimantan especiality in oil and gas company, government, and mining. We are currently seeking professional candidates with strong analytical ability, high sense of achievement, have business & commercial sense, good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill, to join our winning team.
1. Air Conditioning Technician
Requirements :
· Male; Max 35 Years old
· Familiar with air conditioner (installing, repairing, and maintaining)
· At least 2 years of working experience.
2. Drafter
Requirements :
· Male : Max 30 year old
· Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
· Familiar with 3D modeling tools
· Good math skills
· Ability to meet deadlines
· BSc in Engineering, Architecture or degree from a technical college
· Able to communicate with all level people is advantage
· able to read engineering drawings
· Able to work individually as good as team and able to worn under deadline
· At least 3 years of working experience in the related field . Preferably specialized in engineering – civil/construction / structural or equivalent
3. Site Manager
Requirements
· Good knowledge of building methods and regulations
· 5 years experience in a construction environment or project-based work site
· Certified Construction Manager (CCM) desired, but not required
· Budget management experience required
· Familiar with developing a Site Safety plan
· Willingness to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends, as needed)
· Good knowledge of modern construction techniques with a strong eye for detail.
· Excellent communication skills ;
· Ability to manage subcontractors to ensure the project is finished on time;
· Ability to work well in a team work in a team;
· One to four years’ experience supervising or managing a mail & copy department
· Ability to prepare reports and present information to customers.
· Must have ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts and establish priorities.
4. Project Manager
Requirements :
· Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
· A minimum of 10 years of experience in performing directly related project management work
· Possess a proven experience developing and maintaining working relationships with high level officials and technical experts
· Ability to conduct analytic assessments of work plans and progress reports and identify strengths and weaknesses
· Ability to work collaboratively with all team members
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Word
· Experience working in a fast-paced, analytical environment
· Experience with project management, scheduling, and risk management/mitigation
· Experience with solving difficult issues related to project funding and scheduling
· Strong knowledge of project management activities, procedures, processes and techniques
5. Sales
Qualifications
· Male/Female Max 35 Yo
· Candidates must possess at least a S1 Degree
· Computer literate, minimum MS Office applications
· Preferable to use application software
· Having good performance and personalities
· Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and result-oriented
· Hard working and able to work in fast paced working environment
· Matured personality, self-confident and able to work independently with minimum supervision
5. Estimator
Qualifications
· Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil) or equivalent.
· At least 3 Years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
· Required skill : 1) ability and understanding read drawing, 2) calculate volume based on drawing and preparing on bill of quantity format, 3) preparing cost estimate (budgeting) project, 4) understanding prepare time schedule (planning) and control progress based and others software of estimator, 5) control production activities of labour work on site project.
· Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in engineering – civil/construction/ structural or equivalent.
6. Site Engineer
Qualifications
· Minimum Bachelor in civil or structural engineering
· Minimum 6 (six) years experience in strucrture design and construction of large scale civil work project involving bulk earthworks, construction of roads, drainage, wate supply, sewerage, power and telecom distribution networks and all other related works
· Having experience in structural calculation, site inspection and quality control
· Abe to check and review technical design for infrastructure and building construction
· Proficient in autocad software and project planning/scheduling programs
· Supervise construction to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, accepted work methods and required specifications and quality.
· Monitor and review construction schedules and ensure contractors are on track to meet contractual completion
· Maintain site records, contract and submission of reports (material on site, progress, technical issues) and certificates (for payments, testings or commissioning and inspections)
· Check and certify progress completion for payment
· Review shopdrawings, testing procedures and method statements
· Ensure correct work practices, compliance with approved work statement and testing requirements.
· Responsible for safety compliances by contractor
· Resolve site matters and handle work co-ordination
· Veryfy as-built drawings and conduct inspections for phase and practical completions
Qualifications
• Maksimum berumur 58 tahun.
• Memiliki Surat izin Mengemudi (SIM) yang masih berlaku
• Memiliki sertifikat Defensive Driving Training (DDT) diutamakan;
• Memiliki kemampuan dan kualifikasi yang memuaskan;
• Mampu bekerja dalam tim rnaupun individual;
• Juiur dan bertanggung iawab.
8. OPERATIONAL DISPATCHER
• Minimal lulusan D1 atau setara
• Mempunyai pengalaman minimal lima (5) tahun didunia perminyakan sebagai dispatcher diutamakan
• Mengerti Journey Management dan Risk Assessment;
• Dapat melakukan tueasnya sebagai Dispatcher;
• Mambekerja dalam tim maupun individual;
• Mampu mengelola administrasi umu
• Juiur dan bertanegung iawab.
