Role Purpose:
Coordinate budget preparation for the Company, SKKMigas, and Partners; control and monitor budget vs actualization; internal review of costs and budget with all User departments.
Responsibilities include but not limited:
Budget Preparation for the Company, Government, and Partners:
Plan and organize annual departmental budgetary included budget schedule and requirements
Coordinate and verify budget preparation and compilation in budgeting process
Deliver budget to SKKMigas & Partners
Involve in OCM with Partners
Monitor monthly accrual journal, reconcile the accrual account in regard to expenditures and AFE, review HOO calculation and make cashless settlement for HOO sole risk.
External & Internal Reports and liaise with SKKMIGAS, Management and Partners: FQR & FMR, QAS, WP&B, JV, JIB including, review crude oil (gas) lifting.

Support User Departments for AFE (Open and Closed Out) in related to financial matters.
Coordinate and verify the recording and the reporting of Deferred Cost.
Prepare Invoice to buyer on Oil/Gas/Condensate Sales, obtain invoice approval from SKKMIGAS & Partners, and calculate Revenue Entitlement & Income Tax.
Job Requirements
Qualifications include but not limited:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, with Master Degree is preferable.
Minimum 10 years experience with minimum 7 years in Oil & Gas and 5 years in Budget & Reporting process internally and externally with SKK Migas and Partners.
Have experience in PSC Company (Production PSC).
Good understanding on regulation of SKKMIGAS such as PP-79, PP-27, PTK-059, PTK-Gross Split, and others.
Certified in PTK 007 and IFRS is advantageous.
Strong PSC Knowledge & analytical thinking.
Able to calculate Oil & Gas Revenue and Taxation.

Role Purpose:
Assist Sr. Manager – Finance & Accounting to provide the direction and day to day monitoring of the Company’s Financial and Accounting, with overall responsibility for accounting, compliance, audit, financial analysis, report, and forecasts.
Coordinate Business Plan, Annual WP&B, and Latest Estimate to Indonesia Management for decision-making in a timely manner, and monitor variance expenditures on monthly basis.
Maintain professional relationship with Partner(s) and internal team at Mubadala Petroleum.
Responsibilities include but not limited:
• Responsible for Cost Time Request (CTR) process.
• Prepare necessary Debit Notes / Credit Notes.
• Coordinate and prepare yearly Business Plan with Business Planning Department, including the preparation of budget slides pack for management.
• Prepare Plan on Plan variance for management review.
• Prepare Annual Budget and Latest Estimates (LE0, LE1, LE2, LE3) in Oracle Macro, Jedox, and Hyperion.
• Coordinate with JV Manager in preparing JV Work Program & Budget for Partner(s)’s approval.

• Facilitates JV audits initiated by non-operating partners.
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Job Requirements
Qualifications include but not limited:
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, with Master Degree is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience with minimum 5 years in IFRS.
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures, finance, budgeting & reporting protocols and guidelines
