Param Mitra Coal Resources is a group of coal mining and coal trading companies, which manage and operate the coal concession at East Kalimantan, Indonesia.

1. COAL SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (Jakarta, Head Office)
Job Description :
a. Accountable for coal sales revenue and profit targets
b. Aggregate market info and present to top management team
c. Research and develop strategies and plans, which identify marketing opportunities and new project development
d. Handle internal and external coordination of all operational aspects of coal sale and delivery (port to port) including shipping department, survey agencies, customer, various internal department like jetty, mining etc.
e. Manage customer quotation, cancellation or changes in sales order and communicate the changes to related departments in order to prevent any unnecessary problem
f. Monitor project progress to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and handle any complaint in proper manner
g. Monitor database of prospecting client to sales force system in order to achieve agreed target
h. Manage all documentation (pre & post deal), including agreement, shipping documents, LC issuance, etc.
i. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results
j. Based in Jakarta with frequent travel to site when required

Job Requirement :
a. 10+ years of experience in coal trading in Indonesia/Asia
b. 3+ years of experience in Manager role, specialized in Coal Sales & Marketing/Coal Business Development
c. Experience in East Kalimantan is a plus
d. Operational experience and good contacts with industry stakeholders
e. Knowledge of the coal industry trends across the globe
f. Good negotiation skill, excellent in selling and influencing
g. Fluent in English and preferentially Bahasa Indonesia as well


2. SHE, COMPLIANCE & GOVERNMENT RELATIONS MANAGER (Jakarta, Head Office)
Job Description :
a. Identify, mitigate and develop a proper SHE System to handle identified SHE risks of company activities
b. Implement SHE values and performance into more tangible results; by consistent approaches in leadership commitment, planning & program, operating standards & procedures, and emergency response readiness
c. Capable in delivering SHE critical activities, such as SHE Risk Assessment, SHE Management System, Safety Contractor Management System, SHE Incident Investigation, and Emergency Response Management

Job Requirement :
a. Indonesian National with over 10 years’ experience in the mining or oil and gas industry
b. Has worked for large recognized company in the mining, oil and gas or related industry
c. Has recognized Safety Credentials and Qualification
d. Hands-on experience in SHE risk management
e. Good networks with SHE Regulators and Associations; both local and national
f. Good understanding of post incident management
g. Able to convince, persuade and influence people to implement SHE programs, especially in high level interaction
h. Fluent in English, written and verbal is a must
i. Based in Jakarta but required to spend considerable time travelling to our operations


3. ACCOUNTING OFFICER (Jakarta, Head Office)
Job Description :
a. Prepare daily transactions to be recorded into accounting software
b. Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain voucher file
c. Prepare monthly reports, i.e., financial statement, P&L, etc.
d. Knowledgeable in Taxes

Job Requirement :
a. Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
b. 2+ years of working experience in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
c. Fluent in English, written and verbal
d. Experience in coal mining industry
e. Strong cost accounting analytical skills
f. Familiar with Accounting software


4. FINANCIAL ANALYST (Samarinda, Branch Office)
Job Description :
a. Prepare budget in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
b. Prepare costing and finance analysis
c. Conduct internal audit of sample transactions

Job Requirement :
a. Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
b. 5+ years of working experience in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
c. Fluent in English, written and verbal is a must
d. Experience in coal mining industry
e. Strong financial analytical skills
f. Familiar with Accounting software
g. Possess financial audit background
h. Willing to be placed at Samarinda


5. KTT/KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG (IBP mine site)
Job Description :
a. Create Good Mining Practice
b. Develop and finalize RKAB (Rencana Kerja & Anggaran Belanja/ Work Plan & Budget) and RJPP (Rencana Jangka Panjang Perusahaan/ Company Long Term Plan)
c. Prepare periodic report to Government Bodies; i.e., RKL/RPL progress
d. Oversee mining activities as per mining standards & regulations
e. Manage mining contractors and possess good knowledge in Contractor Management System
f. Coordinate and implement effective mine closure
g. Act as management representative in term of SHE Management System
h. Create good relationship with local Community in mine area
i. This is a high-level role that requires a high level of integrity and honesty, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate a multi-disciplinary team as well as senior management team

Job Requirement :
a. Indonesian National with over 15 years’ experience in coal mining industry
b. Bachelor degree in Mining/Geology Engineering from reputable university
c. Has worked for large recognized company in the mining industry
d. Possess a minimum POM Certification, preferable POU Certification and KTT Certification from Ministry of Energy Mineral Resources Indonesia Republic (Dirjen Minerba)
e. Hands-on experience in Mining Operations and SHE Systems in mining industry
f. Good networks with Government Bodies, Regulators and Associations; both local and national
g. Fluent in English, written and verbal is a must
h. Able to convince, persuade and influence people in high level interaction
i. Self-confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization/corporate
j. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
k. Willing to be placed at the Kutai Kartanegara Site with working a roster of 50 days on, 14 days off


6. LOGISTICS & PROCUREMENT MANAGER (RMB mine site)
Job Description :
a. Strategically plan and manage supply and demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery
b. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers
c. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
d. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and delivery process
e. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

Job Requirement :
a. Indonesian National with 10+ years of working experiences in Procurement and Logistics at the mining or oil and gas industry
b. Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
c. Extensive past experience in all aspect of Supply Management including forecasting supply requirements, logistics, purchasing, inventory and warehouse control and contract negotiations in coal mining industry
d. Excellent skill in dealing with vendors
e. Understand tools/units specifications
f. High attention to detail and strong numeracy skills with the ability to check the numbers
g. Good command in English verbal and written
h. Willing to be placed at the Kutai Kartanegara Site with working a roster of 50 days on, 14 days off


7. PLANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER (RMB mine site)
Job Description :
a. Plan strategy, control, evaluate and take corrective action all planning, system development of maintenance and repair unit/equipment
b. Review the maintenance cost control at project
c. Ensure the target achievement of PA, MTBF and MTTR units according to mining operation needs, HSE standards and procedures, within the defined budget constraints

Job Requirement :
i. Indonesian National with 10+ years of working experiences in Plant/Repair & Maintenance in the mining or oil and gas industry
j. Bachelor degree in Machine/Electrical Engineering
k. Hands-on experience in Total Preventive Maintenance at coal mining industry
l. Understand tools/units specifications
m. Understand Heavy Equipment Management System
n. Possess a minimum POM Certification
o. Good command in English verbal and written
p. Excellent computer skill
q. Willing to be placed at the Kutai Kartanegara Site with working a roster of 50 days on, 14 days off


8. PLANT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (RMB mine site)
Job Description :
a. Maintain the physical asset on the day-to-day operations
b. Review existing preventive maintenance job, set up the requirements and estimated elapsed time for each preventive management job
c. Ensure maintenance coverage for breakdowns
d. Order adequate spare parts and materials
e. Study requirement of heavy equipment operation to identify operating procedure, maintenance, and repair
f. Set up maintenance activities plan (work scheduling) including spare part and maintenance cost
g. Identify the damage of equipment and find solutions
h. Modification of equipment and upgrade of existing facilities
i. Liaise with operations departments to ensure optimal equipment and unit availability
j. Monitor material and equipment utilization
k. Prepare environment to track cost per equipment (and roll up to higher hierarchy)
l. Ensure safe and healthy work practices are followed

Job Requirement :
a. 3+ years of working experiences as Maintenance Engineer
b. Bachelor degree in any major, preferably in Engineering
c. Good command in English verbal and written
d. Excellent computer skill
e. Familiar with maintenance engineering software
f. Willing to be placed at the Kutai Kartanegara Site with working a roster of 70 days on, 14 days off


9. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (RMB mine site)

Job Description :
a. Monitor, control, and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets
b. Minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations
c. Implement short term detailed mine execution plans and provide the necessary production parameters
d. Monitor and control mining production on an hourly basis including loading / unloading point to ensure smooth target achievement (both productivity and unit utilization)
e. Supervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations
f. Identify the development and training needs of the mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations
g. Assist Mining Manager in liaise and co-ordinate with maintenance department to optimize and maximize mining equipment availability and utilization
h. Provide shift report and conduct effective hand over meeting to ensure continuation of operational target achievement.

Job Requirement :
a. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
b. 3+ years of working experiences in coal mining operations
c. Certified in POP and/or POM
d. Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications
e. Willing to work at pit mining area with shift roster (day and night)
f. Good command in English, both written and verbal
g. Have strong leadership and communication skills
h. Excellent team player and good analytical thinking
i. Willing to be placed at the Kutai Kartanegara Site with working a roster of 70 days on, 14 days off


10. HRGA MANAGER (RMB mine site)
Job Description :
a. Demonstrate deep knowledge of Labor Law and Company Regulation
b. Hands on experience in setting up HR systems
c. Able to communicate and socialize HR policies & procedures
d. Experience in dealing with difficult employees
e. Experience in hiring process
f. Lead the personnel database administration and keep personal data accurate
g. Hands-on experience in HR Information System, including Payroll process as well as General Services related matters (meals, travel, and camp/mess management)
h. Provide HRGA periodic report
i. Plan, schedule, and budget for HRGA deliverables
j. Good understanding in HR Management, i.e., organization management, job analysis, manpower planning, performance management system, competency model, succession planning
k. This is a high-level role that requires a high level of integrity and honesty, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate a multi-disciplinary team as well as senior management team

Job Requirement :
a. Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related discipline
b. 8+ years of working experiences in mining or oil & gas industry with major experiences in HR Operations/Services
c. Significant experience and knowledge of mining business process and HR methodologies used in mining industry
d. Able to develop excellent relationships with peers, internal and external of the company, and promote a learning culture throughout the organization
e. Thorough knowledge of competency based training and assessment systems
f. Good written and verbal communications skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
g. Willing to be placed at the Kutai Kartanegara Site with working a roster of 50 days on, 14 days off
