Postion Title: Senior Structure Engineer
Jakarta 28 months
Balikpapan 28 months
1. At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
2. Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old
3. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
4. Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
5. Has a wide range of experience in the structural engineering design including concrete structure design, steel structure design, building structure and foundations for large or heavy equipment and 3D design using PDS are applied for all the structures.
6. Has experience to developed structure design basis, conceptual design of underground facilities and standard drawings and controlled all the structure design activities through the project execution.
7. Has Experience in Jetty, soil improvement design and equipment foundation design.
8. Has Experience in design and engineering for major Structure
9. Has Experience as Lead Structure Engineer
10. Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as,
• American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC)
• American Concrete Institute (ACI)
• American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM)
• AASHTO and UBC
11. It has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Structure systems. in oil and gas industry.
12. Has a proven ability to perform Structure engineering include study, calculation in Structure with a high level of quality.
13. Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (latest structure engineering software, etc)
14. Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
15. Has a good medical record
16. Fluent in Communication and writing in English

Position Title: Assistant Manager Change Management
Balikpapan 36 months
1. At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
2. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
3. At least minimum 10 (ten) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
4. Has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices
5. Has been principal engineer responsible for risk management on similar projects.
6. Able to apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
7. Capable to complete change management assessments and able to apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
8. Capable to identify and create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan manage anticipated resistance
9. Capable to track and report issues and define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
10. Working knowledge in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs
11. Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Construction activities in accordance with schedule requirements
12. Has a good medical record
13. Fluent in Communication and writing in English
