We are seeking experienced people for the following positions:
SUPERVISOR HIGH VOLTAGE (HV) ELECTRICAL – 926274
(Sangatta Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible for HV Electrical trouble shooting, commissioning, re-commissioning majorly in Electrical/ Electromechanical control system including synchronization system;
• Assist implementation of electrical HV procedures to all TCI sites, and to manage the implementation of action plans that are developed from site audits and inspection;
• Ensure all issues identified are reported and rectified in a safe in a safe timely manner;
• Play an active role in the development of Plant KPI’s to ensure they are being used to continually improve TCI asset manage;
What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering or Thiess Electrical Trade Specialist; has 7 years’ experience in maintenance HV electrical repair, troubleshooting in the mining industry with minimum 3 years’ experience as Supervision HV Electrical & Radio Communication; familiar working with ERP system, preferably in JDE or TMS is advantageous; proficient in troubleshooting electrical control system; genset troubleshooting synchronizing panel troubleshooting, electrometrical control system, HV electrical equipment knowledge.
• Good leadership skill, good communication in English as well Bahasa able to communicate to all level (internal/external), good in planning and organizing job; proactive; able to work in under pressure
SUPERVISOR HIGH VOLTAGE (HV) ELECTRICAL - 926275
(GBU Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• To apply Thiess Management System and plant procedures within the work force in relation to safety/environment, maintenance planning, recording/registering, quality of workmanship, leadership & organize of workshop personnel.
• To plan and coordinate HV electrical maintenance (schedule & unscheduled), inspection and statutory HV management according to TMS Plant Department policies and Government procedures to ensure availability targets, safety and budget are achieved.
• Lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results
What skills and experience do you need?
